  1. Chamorro Tacos cook time: 2 hours Servings: 4ish Ingredients: - 2 large Chicken breasts - 4 large lemons - 1 large onion - 1 medium garlic - 1 bag of unsweetened ( or washed, to remove sugar, sweetened) grated coconut - 3-4 cups water - 1 TBS Cumin ( optional) - Corn Tortillas 1. In a large pot bring water to boil, add chicken to boiling water until cooked. 2. In large sauce pan brown onions and garlic, add cumin if desired 3. In a large mixing bowl combine onion/garlic mix and coconut. 4. Completely squeeze all 4 lemons, including pulp into the mixing bowl. The mix should be VERY heavy on the lemon, add another lemon if any mix isn't covered/soaking in the lemon juice, 5. Once the chicken is fully cooked remove it from the water and let cool, once cool use forks to pull the chicken apart fully into taco like meat. 6. Add chicken to the rest of the mix and let sit for an hour. 7. crisp corn tortillas in the pan, then add filling mix to the tacos and warm until hot. Serve and enjoy.
  2. I very rarely use recipes, but I like to use them as a starting point.
  3. I was hoping the cold would keep them away lol
  4. It is getting that time again where people start grilling and the good smells invade our homes. I figured it would be a good time to post of some of the recipes we all use. Easy Pork Green Chili: cook time: 4-8 hours Servings: 8ish Ingredients: - 2 or 3 thick Pork chops - 1 Onion Large White well chopped - 1 TBS cumin - 1 TBS chili Powder - Salt/Pepper to taste - large container chicken broth - 1 large clove garlic chopped - 1 medium can chopped tomatoes - Little bit of flour as needed to thicken - 1 Quart Freezer bag of fresh Green Chilis 12/14 approx cut and seeded( leave seeds for more heat) - 1 Lime - 2 TBS sugar - 1 can corn if wanted To Start, 1. Get a large crock pot and pour the Chicken Broth, tomatoes, corn, and Green Chilis into it with the pork chops and allow to cook as you prep. 2. in large case iron pan heat some Olive oil and add Cummin, brown for a few minutes then add chopped onions, and Garlic and Chili Powder. Simmer until onions and garlic are browned / caramelized. 3. Once the onion/garlic mix is browned add to crockpot and let cook for at least 4 hours, stir once in awhile. 4. Once pork chops are cooked fully remove from Crock Pot and dice/pull the meat. once cut up add to crock pot again and use an electric mixer to pull/mix everything in the crock pot ( this will give it a great texture) 5. next add flour 1TSP at a time to thicken up the chili until it is somewhat still a soup, but holds together. 6. add sugar and mix 7. Salt and pepper to taste 8. Cut up lime and serve with lime.
  5. Yep Colorado is going up in smoke...Literally.... I am working towards my year plan of moving to Northwest Montana. I don't do well with people.
  6. What year is your truck? if it is a 98-00 I will swap you sensors And yes I had a map sensor stick open at 45psi.
  7. One more dumb question, RPMPulses comes from "#define SpeedSensorPin 7" above, do I analog read that pin? I don't think the he351ve sensor is a hall sensor is it? I found out what it was a few weeks ago, but I can't seem to remember what it was or remember where I found what kind of sensor it actually was. Edit: Is it a VR sensor?
  8. Cowboy/ed/smart people I think I have this almost put into my code for doing the code for doing turbo speed. I am getting a final compile error of "D_ReadSensors.ino:40:18: error: invalid types 'char[int]' for array subscript:" SensorValues[8][0] = ((30000000UL * RPMPulses)/(RPMTimeLast - RPMTimeStart)); I am guessing I didn't define "SensorValues" but I am not sure how to define it or if I need to. thoughts?
  9. Those 600 head lights are nothing more then morimoto bi xenon mini h1's. great output for the price. You can buy those kits for sub 300. And yes it is worth the cost.
  10. Yea, if you combine "pay" and "write coding" in the same sentence your budget will be out the window. If you don't have interest in learning some coding basics then I would go another route, but like cowboy said there are a few of us that might be able to help.
  11. Any ideas for how to enable the eb? I hate hate hate having toggle switches lining the dash so I really would not like to do that. the idea of using a the brake pedal is ok, but I guess I would rather not have the EB engage every time I used the brake. I also thought of another button mounted on the gear select column, but I can't fit more wires. Maybe a old high beam switch for the floor board that I can hit with my left foot? any other thoughts? Edit: I think I am going to find the late 01-02 modem steering wheel buttons and add them into my steering wheel. One of those will be EB control.
  12. I will work on what I can find for edge stuff here in a bit, gotta get some testing done.

  14. Stop making this so easy for me Do I put the pig before or after the void? Additionally would it help to add a cape to the pig?
  15. I like where you guys are going, but I am diving into the Shaft speed sensor in the turbo lololol. I have a perfectly good RPM gauge on the dash With alittle help from safety pig I might just get through it.
  16. I wanna keep working on the code, but I don't know what else to do . . . . . . . . . . guess I will dive into the speed sensor, which means I get to buy more connectors and crimp some more wires
  17. Ed, Make sure that you use the updated code from today if you want the d to b ratio working on the lcd screen. The ratio is limited to 9.99:1 and if there is no boost then you will see 0.00:1 rather than the NAN (X/0 != int)
  18. Welcome. I have been itching to move up to your area.
  19. Making it too easy for me, now I don't even have to do math?
  20. Hey man don't knock pots....... Good point on the .5-4.5 I will make sure I adjust that before going live with it.
  21. Gotta remember with your 35's you are making your effective rear gearing about 3.00's rather than 3.55's That's gonna make a huge difference in towing and how "gutless" the truck feels. If you are going to be towing anything heavy I would consider regearing ( to 4.10's) or dropping tires back to oem size.
