  1. Not sure, Looks like someone updated the raffle software and now it doesn't work. Guessing it is something to do with paypal stuff.
  2. The only difference in timing I found was related to tps input vs the point where it locked to 18*. I could find no setting that made timing any different other than that. Revo settings for timing on even levels used smarty maps.
  3. I saw no noticable or datalog difference on timing between ANY smarty setting, until tps increased to the point of locking timing at 18* The only thing that changed was the point at which timing went to 18* related to tps input. I believe the difference isn't in the timing maps rather the tps input to commanded torque map. Revo low and see low resulted in more timing at r raised due to tps input allowable being higher before the timing lock happened.
  4. You will have to look at the datalogs, but I think I found that on even levels with revo the timing was actually still using smarty timing. The smarty timing, in ANY level was not good for stock head bolts. I found NO difference in the timing curve based on level or revo settings. The only thing I found that Timing setting did was change the point at which timing went to 18* related to TPS input
  5. Ecm and Quad fighting
  6. Yep pretty much Timing higher makes timing go to 18* sooner related to TPS input. Duration I could not really find a difference in the logs.
  7. so much better than a 2nd gen. SOOOOOO much better
  8. Rather than spending ~$600 on head studs, you should sell the s03 and put $400 of the $600 that you would spend on the studs to a quadzilla. 3x the power and you can tune timing to not blow the head off.
  9. meh drive it hard put it away wet, it has a warranty. really though I wouldn't worry about it. Just like I dont worry about egt's on my 2018 3500.
  10. That should be a manditory mod if you are running an S03 in my opinion.
  11. These tunes are all geared towards 7 x .010 ish size injectors. Please run them and tell us what you dont like and we can adjust from there.
  12. The smarty will command %100 duration and 18* of timing at 1000 RPM and up. Be careful that will lead to head gasket issues. For reference stock tuning would command 12* of timing in the same situation with % 50 duration Gasket issues don't happen at high rpm on VP trucks. They happen at lugged high throttle situations.
  13. Psi doesn't matter with a headgasket, timing, fuel and rpms does. The smarty will give you 18* or timing at 1000-3000 RPM with full duration. 18* at 1100 RPM with full fueling is REALLY tough on stock head bolts.
  14. Have you looked in the tune repository?
  15. the dbrIII doesn't have to be used, just read the article and test with a multimeter. Check the map setting inside the box for a late year truck
  16. Did you buy the quadzilla new? when you clear codes and drive around do you get any codes that come back? Are you %100 sure you plugged the map wiring in correctly?
  17. I would warn against being too throttle aggressive down low with a S03, it does not pull timing at heavy throttle low RPM which can result in head gasket issues. The chance is higher since you have aftermarket injectors. I would make headstuds and a new turbo high on your list of things to get. Here are datalogs for each setting. The running sw9 effectively means you are maxing duration by ~%35 throttle input. SW9 SW7 Sw 5 SW3 The Difference in the power from sw3 and sw9 is all in the butt dyno / head. I would HIGHLY suggest running sw3 or sw 5 to make your throttle pedal not be a light switch. This thread prob has the most info on the internet in terms of what a S03 does.
  18. Test it first. Dont throw parts are it. Scan your codes with a code scanner, the truck it trying to tell you what is wrong.
  19. Map sensor issues. Scan for codes I bet you will see a map code. Likely time for a new map sensor.
  20. Sounds like your map sensor is bunk. If you only ever see 0 psi then you either haven't hooked up the wiring right or the sensor is trash. The edge defaults to 10 psi if the sensor is fubar I Believe
  21. more timing up top is perfectly safe, you just dont want a ton of timing down. Ever edge comp out there is maxing timing at 32* be ~3000 rpm at heavy throttle. Try increasing load offset timing to help with the locked 4th shift.
  22. That looks like a pretty typical stock injector and stock head stud tune. You can run more timing up top and gain some power. Try 2500: 23* 3000: 28* Max: 30*
  23. post up your tune.
  24. You need to increase timing reduct as well to get the desired effect. You will get less timing pull if you don't.
  25. You might Timing Reduct Scaling: 50 or 60% Low PSI Timing Reduct: 5* that will drop timing a little more when you go to pass. however otherwise I dont really see anything to worry about in the logs.
