I had very similar symptoms on my old d-max. it was a failed fuel pressure relief valve that would bleed all pressure to return to the tank. I replaced it with a plug and solved my issue.

My truck had the intank pump conversion. There was an aluminum block inplace of the block mounted pump and a harness with a relay to power the intank pump. Might be easier to check thank pulling the fuel module

First off thank you to everyone for all the insight and advice! I decided to tilt the bed for access to r&r the module. Everything went on and in without a hitch minus the hour or so fighting to get the numb pump out of the sending unit. Sitting at 19 idle and 16 WOT. After a quick test drive and double checking everything was tight and leak free I headed out to the northern part of NM for my mulie hunt

The brown truck dropped off some goodies today! FASS Titanium 150, draw straw 5 and a big line kit filter to vp44. Hopefully get them installed early next week.

Here it goes...first new topic! Well I finally ordered a FASS150 and a draw straw 5 yesterday from DAP! I have a 2000 2500 5speed 4x4 unfortunately with Dodge's intank pump "fix". I'm looking to tap into the wealth of knowledge here to see if anyone has any tips or tricks for the install? Past experience or things anyone may have done differently? Thanks in advance for any advice everyone!

While in mobile view is there a way to switch to the desktop view? I'm probably just missing it. Things are looking great so far. The only hiccup I run into is right after login I get error 1s160/2? I just go to the drop down menu and select forum and can continue navigating. Any advice?

Primarily a mobile user here. Looks great so far. Probably take a little time getting used to the new format. Time to take a look at the desktop mode now!
