  2. I dont have a pic to look at, but was needing to pull vp and just thought the gear from the vac pump would be holding the vp gear in place when the vp was pulled. Just didnt want to put vaccum pump back in.
  3. Where can I find the plastic caps they put in the vp when they ship it?
  4. That sounds to familiar, mine started out the same way. But mine is down low. Have you tighten the rocker assy. Also watch for bolt stripping out.
  5. I am assuming you can't pull the vp and the vaccum out at the same time?
  6. It is between the cover and the gear case, it has a lot of grime there and then it's real clean back to the gear case and block.
  7. Which way does it turn? If your looking at it from standing in front of bumper.I have done this several times and it does not want to turn.
  8. What should I beware of when removing this cover? I have a leak back there and have never had one off. Do I need special tools to remove pulley? Cant spell harmonic balancer:doh:

  18. Yea I guess I should, well maybe after I need to get started. Man if I didnt have the material left over this would be a costly project, I just started adding it up
  19. I got to build the backing plate for it so it will rotate and I guess thats about it. Yea that stand that I copyed says it will hold big blocks. If that little thing will hold a big block then this one will hold the the space shuttle. Thanks for the kick to get me going.

  22. I was bring it home and the only way I had was to lay it on the passanger side on tires. Now I have oil everywhere in the trailer. I know it is leaking from the oil filter because I can see it's coming from the top where the seal is. At first I thought oh crap it's leaking passed rings and coming out the exhaust, but I started thinking its going to be on its side all night. So you think it will leak passed, because I am thinking if it does I am going to need to pull injectors and blow out each cylinder.
  23. That was funny as h--- it just fell into place on its own http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20110210/ap_on_re_us/us_crime_family_feud
