  1. Hey guys, I’d like to retract my above statement. Oddly enough, I just received an email (literally just received it) from ANZO, almost a month later, telling me that their going to do a full warranty replacement. I was thoroughly mad about the situation until I was pleasantly surprised when I received the email. With that being said, I am happy. Here’s what ANZO had to say: ”We are just going to do a full warranty replacement. We will have to do this direct. There is a couple ways we can do it depending on if you need the replacement first. If you do not need the replacement then you would just send in the lights and as soon as we receive them we will send the replacement set to you. If you need the replacement first then we will need to put a hold of $222.83 on a credit card to send the replacement set first then once we receive the defective lights we will take the hold off of the card. There is no funds being transferred as this would be just a hold on the credit card. Let me know how you would like to proceed and I will get the order process. Let me know if you have any other questions.”
  2. Thanks for your replies guys. I guess I stand corrected and look like a dummy ? for getting on here and making a crybaby rant in my OP. Oh well, s*** happens.
  3. Just wanted to let everyone know that ANZO USA headlights are a joke and their customer service is even more of a joke. I bought a set of these (Anzo USA 111067 Dodge Ram Crystal Black with Corner Headlight Assembly - (Sold in Pairs) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0038AXQJ6/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_V2ElAbAD9XJYH) and they were a nightmare to align, but I eventually got them aligned properly. And just recently one of them started leaking and the reflective material in the headlight flakes off and it pretty much doesn’t do anything at all besides shine 10 feet in front of the truck. Contacted ANZO and got a 1/2 *** customer service. Was told to take pics of the lights and they wanted my amazon receipt all this crap.... I even said I had the original box and i took a picture of the barcode on it also. Nothing happened. So with that being said, I’m on here spreading the word. I’d really rather not put my oem headlights back in with HID lights, but that’s what it’s coming to. I’m not trying to spend bank on projector lights nor do I have the patience to “customize” my own.
  4. Mine is the stock manifold. I was under the impression it wasn’t working correctly based on the EGT reading I was seeing. But since @Me78569 made the point about the divided manifold, it is indeed plausible that my readings are infact different based on that.
  5. So what’s the consensus here? I don’t have time to read thru 9 pages. Anyone got the quick answer why it’s shuddering? ****, I thought my torque converter was bad until I seen this thread.
  6. Now before anyone tries to tell me that the pyrometer is only collecting temps from the cylinders that aren’t firing, or only the front 3 or back 3.... let me tell you that that makes zero sense because there’s no way that EGT‘s cool down from 400° to 100° in just to several inches between the exhaust port on the head and where I have my pyrometer placed on the manifold. Furthermore even if the pyrometer was only reading the front three or the back three, the temps would still mix higher than that of 100°. The pyrometer is placed where everybody places theirs. I’m just simply post in this thread to see if anyone else noticed this issue it’s not a big deal to me just would like to be able to use my high idle The way it was intended- warm up fast...
  7. Those are some good looking hardwire welds on that bracket! ??
  8. Is there a good tonneau cover company that makes good covers for our trucks? I'm getting one for mine to keep the snow out of the bed this winter
  9. I am saving up to do the 150's and the SXE turbo and springs and studs and pushrods all at once. Also putting a new titanium 150 pump on. I can't stand doing one thing at a time. Id rather pull it into my shop....install ALL the upgrades at once and pull it out.
  10. @TFaoro damn bro, this build is insane. I give props for your patience. I could never do what you do...keep digging into it time and time and time again. But then again thats what it takes to make a one off machine, or in your case a badass 2nd gen cummins.
  11. Hey has anyone ever made an experimental tune for play purposes only? For example 150% can bus all the way through the boost range and TPS pump max set to 0%? Would this not make the truck behave like a smarty & edge stack smarty on 9 edge on 6? Obviously wouldn't drive with this tune. Maybe putt around a parking lot and see how much it smokes.....
  12. Updated my iquad app and there's nothing new on it. No new timing parameters no new settings. Why?
  13. Thanks guys. I'll just order that one from eBay and report back.
  14. It's about a foot 1/2 away from the VP. Hammer pulses could even make there way through a fuel snubber?
  15. What is causing my fuel pressure to do this? The FP gauge is the one in the middle on the left. I've done the spring stretch etc. fuel filters are good to go. Fsss 150 platinum.
  16. Currently I have a FASS 150 platinum (same as titanium w/ out air separator). I want to get the air dog equivalent or better of the FASS titanium. My question is can i use the same 1/2" lines and push lock fittings the FASS came with or do I need to replace the whole kit n kabootle?
  17. Hmmm. I've got 2500 miles on my current newer DELO SDE oil. Should I drop it and put the old stuff in ?
  18. It was cascade for sure. Hasn't skipped a beat.
  19. Quad app freezing after I apply a different tune and try to change levels.
  20. Yep. I forgot what stage t is but it was $1,500 lol. I never forget how much money things cost me
  21. Looks good. Like how you always have a way of streamlining moderately difficult tasks on these trucks.
  22. @Me78569 it's pretty limited to boost. Seems to surge right at 18 psi
  23. Seems to be surging a little at around 18 PSI boost. Tried smoothing the can bus fueling so there wasn't as much of a jump but that didn't do the trick.
  24. @Me78569 anything worth noting in this data log? iQuad-2017-04-11-04.42.001914787674.csv
  25. There's some of this going on in this thread In regards to the quad relation to VP failure
