  1. i would agree to an extenet but how else do you find the leaks? just my worth Mine for instant has a engine oil leak from somewhere that blows back all over the tranny and tcase. I think its coming from either the front crank seal or the vaccum pump/ps pump.:banghead: but mine is very dirty and tough to see exactly where it is coming from so a clean engine would be very helpful right this second.
  2. it looks like c126 has just a couple of wires attached by the drawing. it is the one that is attached to the engine control module and then runs to s172 and s173.
  3. ISX where is the fuel pump relay located? that is the way my truck acted when the crank sensor/tone ring went out but it stayed running until i shut it down but my understanding is that was because of the cam sensor.
  4. thats the great thing about a manual shift just mash the clutch and pull
  5. i am running kumho at and they seem to be wearing pretty well.
  6. yes i agree with w&f you need a good lift pump, new vp, fuel pressure gauge, and a 2 cycle diet. i think over at diesel auto power he has some package deals with a new vp and lift pump! good luck:)
  7. yes no need to crank the engine was bumped the relay will latch and the lift pump will run for about 30 seconds and then just watch the lines until you get some decent amount of fuel running out of them.

just kickin back here with the family and some friends! nothing crazy
  10. i have aftermarket lights on mine (they were there when i bought the truck) but it looks like that is exactly how mine where located and the wiring is ran down the a-pillar to fuse 5 inside the cab. i dont really care for them but if i remove them now i will have to weld up the holes :banghead:
  11. it shouldnt take a shop more than an hour or so to resurface the flywheel and change the pilot bearing, plus itll be way cheaper that way. as far as Valeo i have never heard of these folks before.
  12. that is a great list! thank you. ISX i think the fuel system is referring to an aftermarket lift pump!!! which we all know is super impotant for those vp owners!!!
  13. this is about the same mileage that i get out of my truck with mostly in town driving. i get about 16 or so out on the highway at about 65-70 mph.
  14. yeah i would pull it out and start over with the install!!! thats a great box enjoy!!!
  15. sweet deal that sounds nice! got any pics yet? id like to see it!!!
  16. you plugged the resistor into the IAT plug right? not the sensor?
