  1. The fuel pump relay is something I haven’t done. At least I don’t think. How to do and what is it?
  2. Yep can’t go wrong they’re. Iv got one and no complaints. Most the time I can use the Snap On Modus scanner at the shop but I keep the OBDLINK in the truck.
  3. I don’t need to go any faster than 80 mph I just want fuel econmy and a quieter truck at hwy speed.
  4. I’m always lookin for an extra $ or two lol. I work 10 hrs a day not including my personal work after hrs removing parts working on my truck etc. Still need some extra cash for upgrades and maintenance. This weekend I’ll be pulling the axles off my current parts truck and getting them prepped to install in my truck. I’ll be inspecting the insides and filling with fresh gear oil, cleaning and painting the housings, new drums and shoes. New pads and rotors if needed. I’m really excited about his project. I think 3:54s and a six speed will be the bees knees.
  5. I problably won’t end up getting it becuase it’s 3 hrs away.
  6. Should I get RV275 nozzles on my old OEM bodies or brand new OE Bosch?
  7. The guy has maintenance records on it. It worry’s me how easy it is to throw a lower mileage odometer in and get away with it. But either way if properly maintained and driven daily it’s going to last a while.
  8. Cant decide if i should have my oe injectors repopped or buy brand new rvs
  9. Iv got to do mine soon. I hope they finish solving my steering wander. Usually heating them good and using a heavy ball peen hammer and smacking it solid a couple times will do the trick. I personally use harbor freight ball peen hammers. They have a fiberglass handle that somehow seems to work excellent for such projects.

  11. ‘‘Tis very interesting. I plan to go stock with my next set which is hopefully soon. Genuine Bosch injectors. Nothing against DAP but I don’t like the way my 75s run. It could be another issue such as air in fuel but we will see. I still am going stock either way becuase the OE injectors obviously last longer and won’t have lag and smoke for those that don’t have tuning. Does he sell oe stock hp injectors?
  12. I’m looking at buying a 99 24 valve that has been rolled over to either part out or fix up. It has 285k runs well drives well I’m not sure if it’s a 5 or 6 speed yet. Owner claims it gets 21MPG on hwy. Also says he still drives the truck occasionally. He wants 4500$. What do you guys think?   13. I wonder if MYbe you need to put the 6 speed ECM in? Air in fuel and low injector pop pressures can cuase a slight miss. I’m dealing with those issues right now.
  14. Good to know Pepsi. When I get the spare money I’m going to buy oem injectors and I’m thinking about having them set them above standard pop so when they settle in hey will run better.

  16. Wow that’s surprising. Well looks like I’ll be pulling them. May just send my oem sticks in for a rebuild. Should I do that or buy brand new Bosch injectors?
  17. Gee I don’t want to pull them Iv only got 10k on them now. Air in fuel was my thoughts. Might put in alll new fuel lines and really look over that fuel tank outlet again. That’s where my last AIF issue came from.
  18. What would cause my truck to start loping when it’s idling?
