  1. Magic beads aren't going to correct an out of round condition. Have them skim cut and I am willing to wager, your vibration issue will go away

  4. I run a 240 amp Mechman alternator. Pricey, but bulletproof
  5. I just did mine with a rebuilt unit from advanced (A1 Cardone); unit has a low howl when underload. I need to contact them and see what my options are. BTW do yourself a favor and pull the ps/vacuum pump as a unit

  8. The sage of the leaking cooler lines continues. In Dec 2014 replaced the hard line from the cooler to the transmission, it started leaking. Thought it was the rubber hose with the PITA connector. Bought a replacement from NAPA, it leaked worse than when I started. Took it back apart and found it cracked by the ferrule in the hard line. NAPA replaced it under warranty. Now the line from the front cooler to the block mounted cooler is split. The replacement line is 95.00 NAPA/ 67.00 AMAZON. Just frustrated. Anyone changed out all the line for something different?

  10. What's the fuel level in the oil analysis? Leakdown test?
  11. Napa had the correct fitting in stock. Vacuum pump and power steering pump successfully reinstalled. Found my transmission fluid leak. I had replaced one of the hard line in Dec 14, it had a Crack on the ferrule where the rubber line connects. Napa ordered me a replacement under warranty. For now I have a regular hose clamped to it. No more leaks!!!
  12. Ordered vanes and kit from Genos Garage, got here the next day. Will update Thursday night, if anyone is interested....
  13. Should I replace the vanes while the pump is apart?
  14. Started removing everything again, sheared the oil feed fitting on the vacuum pump off.
  15. Replaced the power steering pump an all the pressure lines, Now my vacuum pump is dripping steadily. looks like I have to pull it all over again. Any helpfull tips
  16. What size are the O-rings on the Hydroboost to power steering gear lines?
