  1. Should be a standard hex head bolt to remove the tensioner assembly and a star bit to remove the pulley from the tensioner assembly if i remember correctly.-Jordan-
  2. Both is definetly an option but is it really that hard to look over at the gauge every so often? I mean you look at your speedometer plenty, probably your tach if u have a standard, fuel gauge etc, literally takes a second to glance at it. I dont find my egts, boost or fuel pressure a hassle or time consuming to look at plenty when im driving my truck. -Jordan-
  3. Get a gauge not a light, a gauge is accurate and shows you exactly what fuel pressure is, a fuel pressure light only comes on once fuel pressure has dropped too low. Most of the time way to low at like 3-5psi which is way to late to save a VP which likes a minimum of 10psi even at WOT-Jordan-
  4. I rarely use my 4x4 on the road there are a few hills that the few times a year it gets icy here I have to use 4x4 but not often. Now out feeding or vaccinating cattle or trying to get to some fields is can be a whoooole different story lol

  7. I ended up lifting my truck enough that i ended up getting an adjustable track bar but had ordered a lukes link repair kit before i decided to do this. If i can find it Id sell it to him at a reduced cost if he wants it, just let me know and ill try to do some digging around the next few days.-Jordan-

  12. Couldnt agree more with the above posts on the 24v, get you a fuel pressure gauge make sure you maintain a fuel pressure of no less than 10psi even at WOT. If the current lift pump you have cant keep a good fuel pressure look into a FASS or Airdog/raptor fuel pump for quality pumps and good fuel pressure.-Jordan-
  13. Yea, I wish they carried 10plys in 315/75/16's and i might buy some for my dodge.-Jordan-

  19. Wow those tread patterns are pretty similar. Probably going to pick up a set of the 265/75's A/T's to go on the old F-350 Farm/work truck. Keep us up to date on how the guard dogs wear for you SWATPARAMEDIC, might be interested in putting some on my dodge eventually.-Jordan-

  21. I keep an extra tensioner pulley under the backs seat just in case but most of the time I replace the tensioner as a whole. Oh and the vent you describe just sounds like a axle vent-Jordan-
