  9. oh ok it was the loaded part that was missing, tnx!
  10. and you can replace the front main while at it!
  11. be careful with an ARB in the cummins, ive heard they break. try ox locker they are better for a selectable or just go with detroit.
  12. so let me get this right, new springs will be shorter than worn out springs and they say they will be taller? makes sense there. or am i reading something wrong?
  13. raptor 150 lasted me about a year and psi was not stable over time. fuel boss for me, no issues
  14. advance auto sells them fairly inexpensive
  15. ill second the fuel boss. once the system is primed it stays primed. i was able to prime the system on my rebuild by running the fuel boss belt on a cordless drill and he started no issues. it stays lower than the tank so no worried about losing prime. i idle about 16 psi and at speed about 20-21 psi. after spending too much on a raptor that wouldnt keep pressure stable and eventually failed, i went with mechanical and wont turn back
  16. i had the same thing when my CPS started getting flaky, it would stop working and the CEL would come on, id clear the code and few days later it would do it again. funny thing is, the CEL was on when i tore the engine apart and after replacing the CPS the ecu still had the old code in it from before and i had to clear it again. no issues since. And btw Marc, the bolt to the sensor is a 5mm allen head. the bolt may have crud in it so clean it out before trying to remove or you will strip it out. the pic below is where the sensor is. hope this helps
  17. one thing down, did you get to see inside the gear case for the KDP?
  18. so let me get something clear. the OP stated a miss, is this a totally dead cylinder or a cylinder that is not lighting up everytime? if it is totally dead then its one of three things, no compression or fuel delivery or possible burnt/cracked/bent valve (which would go back to compression loss)
  19. did the check engine light clear after replacement of sensor or have you cleared the code?
  20. so the chain used to hoist the engine and the old pistons... redneck ornaments
  21. she was down for about an hour but they had dinner while waiting for my arrival.
