Are You Going To Stand Firm?
But, do you even have a concealed permit at all? If there is a single shred of paper trail on you about being a possible gun owner, you are a target! As well, everyone thinks that they can hide from the inevitable! The moment you present yourself in some manner as being a gun owner, you are a target! Remember the quote above, "Then, they came for me." I'm a little confused on the first part about where you are coming from, JAG. The moment you call 911 with your cell phone, the gps is then "activated", I put it in quotations, because I believe your GPS is active all the time... Anyways, the dispatcher can give continued up to date information of your location to the LEO because of the GPS in your phone. The object of this post is to point to a realization, that the majority of anyone in a branch of Govt. has forgotten their Oath. They are essentially blind followers. This is a HUGE problem for the US as, "We the people" are going to be on the receiving end of these Oath-breakers! I agree with you that everyday there is someone out there trying to push God out of the picture of our lives and the blood of the nation. We see that when a nation turns from God, there is an aspect of judgement carried out on the nation for doing so. I believe we are reaping what we sow! If we can remind ourselves, and get this country as whole back on course of the principles of God, we can once again see the blessings, instead of judgements! Although, as well intended as said, I do not agree that a majority of people in this nation believe in God now his commands. If that were so, sin would not be as rampant and we would not be in the condition we are currently in. Everyday I see an action carried out, I keep hearing the echos of the WWII era! You want to know what to expect next? Study the HISTORY!

100 watt bumper mounted driving lights
I think I seen these at my local Big R! Those sure take a beating! They are spendy lights, but now the proof is in the puddin'! One think that stuck out the most for me was the fact he hit that light with that .223 and they came back ON! ...how many lights did they destroy to prove a point? Should have just donated them, to me! Some of the ones I was looking at, unbelievable how many lumens they put out for such a small light!

Programmers - Tuners?
...famous, last, words! I personally have seen very little people speak much of the edge EZ. When I do, its always talk of going to the comp! Atleast if you get a comp, or something of the likes, you can keep it low. But when your craving for power becomes an addiction, you have the power there, when you start upgrading the parts on the truck!

Are You Going To Stand Firm?
How far will we continue to allow the, "line in the sand" to be crossed? Take a moment here, dedicate 1 hour of your time to this and reflect upon this. The video with the Austrian woman; Pay acute attention to her speech! Are we going to sit idly by and let this continue? How long will you allow it before you have to do something? It can be easy, right now for us to say, "Hey, right now my life is okay, I have my little bubble and if I can keep it, who cares what goes on?" "I don't want to deal with it, its too stressful to think about." "I don't have time to think about these sort of things!" "It does not matter anyways, were all gonna die..." Are we going to continue and make excuses for ourselves to psychologically delay what WILL come to pass? Have we sought to be wise in our lives and how we live? Are we going to better ourselves, lives, family and society with the things I do? How do I align with the principals of our nation? We cannot continue burying our head into the sand and think that REALITY is never going to sting! We need to pull our heads out of the sand, accept that this IS reality and DEAL with it! The time is running short! If you naysay, consider this: First they came for the communists, and I didn't speak out because I wasn't a Communist. Then they came for the socialist, and I didn't speak out because I wasn't a Socialist. Then they came for the trade unionists, and I didn't speak out because I wasn't a trade unionist. Then they came for me, and there was no one left to speak for me.

Meh, I've got the Comp and love it. Forget the whole thing with OBD port and DTC stuff. Get a scangauge II and that parts taken care of. You can also monitor things with it, too!

New-To-Me Truck
GDP or DTT mechanical lift pump! BHAF instead of the fleetguard. An edge JWA would warrant that you will need to upgrade the transmission, FIRST. This is not staying stock as best as possible, btw. GAUGES is the consensus, for the first items! Its a 60/40 on individual gauges vs a single like a JWA. AFTER, a lift pump! NO OEM LP is going to be adequate for the VP44! I suggest the mechanical LP instead of an AD or FASS. AFTER that, A BHAF is not a bad addition. Maybe add some RV275's for better performance and mileage! If you add a chip to your truck, you are gonna need to make sure that transmission is upgraded to handle the power! I would ALSO check to see what you currently are seeing for fuel pressure from the OEM LP as I bet a dollar to a cracked bottle of pi$$, your VP44 is not seeing the proper pressures and causing unnecessary wear/damage! ALSO, run yourself that 2-stroke oil in your fuel at a 1 ounce per gallon ratio! PPPPPS! Welcome to the forum! Glad to have ya! Stick around, fill out your SIG!

Brake Caliper?
Yea, I may just do that as I'm starting to feel like I'm fulfilling the definition of insanity playing with the fronts. Unless its the soft lines like mentioned before? Yea, all my years working on vehicles I was told to just back the truck up a bunch of times to adjust the starwheels. Hmm, I'm sure there is, haha. Hard to say about tracking though. As road crown, etc. affect the way it tracks. Even on a flat surface, the place I get alignments from make it to where the vehicle will track to the right slightly over a block to keep people from veering into oncoming traffic. A safety thing, I guess... DON'T say that! lol. When I did the calipers, and studs, etc. I checked the bearings and they checked out. When I jacked the truck up, there was no play with the tire on, which is supposed to correspond to a good unit. I also checked the u-joints, too, but I suppose either one could have gone out since I've checked. Stranger things have happened!

A Great Way To Gardening...
Well, we've figured out where we wanna build our garden this year. Plotted an area of 60x70! I got a tree company lined up for dumping chips! Now I just need some warmer weather... As well, were giving some thought to the fence as we are trying to figure out how to keep the deer out. I went to a local farm and feed store and I think I'm gonna have to wait until their sales go on as its spendy for some deer fencing. Were gonna go up into the mountains when we can and pull out some wood that I know of that can be used for fencing. My BIL works at an HVAC place that deals with large units and they come on pallets around 16' or longer! So I should be getting my hands on some of this free lumber for the fencing and making my beehives!

Brake Caliper?
Okay fellas, I figure I would post up on this thread, as I can dig this back up from the grave and continue on with it... From the time of the last post until now, I have 2 new brake calipers on the truck and bled them out with new DOT 3 fluid. I have plenty of braking force but now, instead of pulling right, I pull slightly left. I'm struggling with this as I can't see how it has anything to do with the front? I notice that the first time I brake when first driving the truck, the brakes grab like a son of a gun, and then any more braking actions afterwards, its not as strong? Upon braking as well, it sounds like I hear a slight clunk on the passenger front... I was speculating it could be the idler pad engaging and the caliper sliding to engage the rotor? I'll take a look and see if anything is out of the ordinary, but I'm trying to track this all down as it does not seem normal. Could anything I'm experiencing be from the rear brakes? I was just reading recently and I dunno if I should check the proportioning system?

Extreme Low Fp In 0 Degrees
Take some cardboard and make templates with it and cut the cardboard to the pattern of the holes in the grill. Trace those out on some material you want and cut it. Drill holes in them and mount them to the grill! VOILA! ...a winterfront! I used diamond plate for mine, I think they are sweeeeet!

Big Buddy Heater
So, new years eve, me and the wife decided to watch Star Wars series as she has never seen it. I decided I'd better run the generator on the trailer for a little to give it some run time to keep it in working order. I ran it for about 5 minutes or less. I then started smelling a funky exhaust smell and shut the generator down. Dummy ol' me! I forgot I have skirting on and it did not ventilate! Did not burn the skirting, but all the exhaust was under the trailer. We stayed out of the trailer for about 10-15 minutes to let the underside of the trailer air out. Okay, we go back in the trailer and did not smell exhaust fumes. So we started watching the movie and about 30 min into the movie the CO alarm starts going off! So we open up the vents and doors to the trailer and exit it. I got a fan and put it under the trailer to try and push the gasses out. Took about 15 minutes before that CO detector would shut up! Needless to say, how long were we in that trailer inhaling how much of a concentration of the CO gas? The CO alarm is right at the door of the main bedroom and that correlates to being in a high spot out of the way! I feel okay, but still another reminder that dangerous things can be made worse if not handled properly. ...and that folks, is another experience in the bag! Obviously this is a contrasting situation, since this is an engine running with less than perfect efficiency.
