QuickServe access
Not sure if anyone can have access to QuickServe or if the webwasher at work is giving me trouble. If someone here has access to the system I'm looking for info on a QSB 3.3 engine. It has some blowby and there is a high blowby troubleshooting symptom tree I'd like to take a look at. I found the info on 08-fc555b. Anyone here have access to this? Thanks.

Clutch Hydraulics
Not familiar with your truck but if you are talking about the clutch slave cylinder and the fluid is separate from what is in the trans itself you could try a thicker fluid to see if it improves any. Might point you in the right direction anyway. Might be leaking internally. Good when cold and bad when warm says warming is causing some slight expansion and letting some fluid slip by.

New/Old Jeep
I like the way this cab over looks. 470HP hemi. Wish it wasn't just a concept, not that I could afford it anyway. http://autos.yahoo.com/blogs/motoramic/jeep-revives-forward-control-gladiator-pickups-easter-concepts-203117868.html

STILL battling fuel gremlins
Here is a bunch of info. Looks like they are trying to sell their product so maybe take it with a grain of salt. I've had good luck with Bio-con from Napa. http://criticalfueltech.com/faq.html

Slimy is the key. You'll know it for sure if you get some on your hands.

STILL battling fuel gremlins
I've had to deal with this over the years. It looks like black snot and can take time to get rid of it all. Once you start killing this stuff with the additives it will break loose from the sides of the tank or lines and follow the fuel flow. You will want to keep a few extra filters on hand because they will plug up quickly. From Wikipedia: [h=4]Algae, microbes, and water contamination[/h] There has been much discussion and misunderstanding of algae in diesel fuel.[25][dead link] Algae need light to live and grow. As there is no sunlight in a closed fuel tank, no algae can survive, but some microbes can survive and feed on the diesel fuel. These microbes form a colony that lives at the interface of fuel and water. They grow quite fast in warmer temperatures. They can even grow in cold weather when fuel tank heaters are installed. Parts of the colony can break off and clog the fuel lines and fuel filters.

AD 100 Install ?
Well, I finally got the AD 100 installed yesterday. I put the 17 lb spring in and slightly closed the end of the spring to an oval shape as I read it here somewhere. I ran the new line to the filter housing instead of the VP and will be ordering the kit to go from the filter to the VP soon. Pressure is 15 psi at idle and drops to 12.5 at WOT. Much better than the stock pump but I'm fairly confident it will go up with the big line kit. I also picked up a new stock filter to drop in just in case. Is there any trick to putting the push lock splice into the hose. I lubed both the hose and splice with WD-40 and still struggled with it?Also, how long did the install take for the rest of you? It took me about 5 hours total and a little over an hour of it was just trying to remove the line from the top of the tank without damaging anything.

Anybody change the carpet and dash?
If you are going the mail order route, you might check partsgeek.com. I just got a fuel tank filler neck $20 cheaper than LMC. Quality is decent and shipping was fast.

Remote control speed boat
Just what I told him. One of each. Got my fingers crossed.

Remote control speed boat
This thing is so fast it's sick. Cleared the lake of geese very quickly and we only beached it once without any damage. Good thing he was running it when that happened. By the time we were done, we had several spectators and he started talking about also needing a plane or helicopter to help out. I may end up needing another shelf in the parts room just for RC parts. Should be interesting to see where it goes from here.

Remote control speed boat
The boat holds a battery on each side and unless I looked at it wrong, he got 2 of the lipo batteries. Maybe just an extra one to change it out and run longer or can this boat run 2 at the same time? If it can only run one at a time we can keep the other in the boat for balance. Boss just called. Gotta go be a kid for a while.

Remote control speed boat
It came with 2-7 cell batts. I think they were 5.8 mah on the lipo's, don't remember and the boss is out to lunch with the boat in his truck. I hope he gets back soon because what looked like several thousand geese just flew over my shop on the way to the irrigation lake. We're going to look like 2 little kids out there shortly.

Remote control speed boat
It's a passport ultrasport 70 watt charger and the 6s lipo's. Sounds like I have a lot to learn about these batteries. Paid $300 for the charger and batts. alone and don't care to ruin them.
- Not running well and don't know whats wrong

Remote control speed boat
It came with the 7 cell batteries but we also bought the lipo and charger. Any idea how long these last or how far away from the controller the boat can go? The instructions were vague. Don't care to have it die in the middle of the lake.

Remote control speed boat
The place I work at is a large resort/casino with 5 golf courses. Every year we have a problem with thousands of geese either staying here to raise a family or stopping for a while on their trip to where ever they go. On average, each goose will leave 2lbs of manure where ever it wants every day. This is a major problem for the grass, the golfers, and the equipment I'm responsible for. We have 2 older Boarder Collies that are trained to chase geese but they are basically just shop mascots now due to their age. My Director decided to pick up this speed boat to help chase them out of our lakes and hopefully keep them moving. I'll add the boat info and specs as soon as I get them. I have no experience with remote control toys but I'm looking forward to learning now because this thing goes 50 MPH and I'm sure something is going to get broken. Anyone have any tips for something like this? What to look out for or maybe parts to keep in stock? Thanks. Batteries are charging now and I have a feeling there will be a damage report coming soon. I tried to upload pics but I don't think I've been a member long enough to have that permission. I'll add them as soon as I'm allowed. --- Update to the previous post... This is the boat that we got. http://rcboatsonly.com/product_info.php?cPath=2&products_id=84 We might be trying it out today so I may have a damage report sooner than I expected.

A little package came...
I haven't heard that in years. Thanks for the laugh. Looking forward to hearing how you like the injectors. I need to upgrade mine and have been on the fence between the RV275's or something a bit bigger. Mileage and not killing the trans are my biggest concerns.

Equipment Service Manuals
I'll need the model number and for some equipment the serial number is needed as well to cover all of the possible options. Stihl Canada provides parts info for free but Stihl USA does not. I know someone in Nova Scotia that lets me use his login info. For Stihl, parts is an almost definite unless it is a discontinued model or one that was not sold in Canada, and service is a maybe but I can try.
