We're getting into more and more. I've done smoked ribs since I was 14, not much else until recently.

I've done brisket, tri-tip pastrami, lots of whole chickens. I've even made and smoked my own bacon, which reminds me... it's time for another batch.

Count me in.  I'll bring the potato salad and beans.    235584539_smiley-at-a-bbq1.gif.584a762634c41144f3a899da80aa3e9e.gif

I've only been playing with smokers since last summer. Pulled pork shoulder, back ribs, pork loin, and turkey I seem to be pretty decent at. Need to expand my menu a little. Pork seems to be pretty forgiving, moreso than beef. I'm actually taking a one day class in May to try to learn some new tips. I have a 6 rack Bradley electric smoker and a Green Mountain Davy Crockett small pellet grill that has a carrying bag, I take it camping and use it at home as well.

I've got brand new dual fuel smoker, cowboy Grill brand new in the box. Just lack the time. 39 hours a week driving.

I've already told MoparMom this winter I plan on assembling those things and getting them on the deck for use. Why have something brand new in the box and not use it?

You mean truckpool? To where?  I thought we all were going to your house for the food.

When is it going to be?
