Fuel Prices How low will they go

Recommended Posts

Seen as low as 1.30 a gallon in New Mexico, With the price of oil at 27.00 per barrel and projected to fall to maybe 20.00 or even lower. The American oil fields are going to hurt.

With the oil wars going on between Russia and opec, and this virus thing, If that effects the price I don’t know, It’s good for the consumer at the pump but bad for American oil production

Thats what Saudis are trying to do is push the us shale production out of the picture.  They can afford to pump cheap crude for while where shale guys cant.

I paid $2.25 in SC on the home last Friday. Did not pay attention to gas.

Here in the Great Over Taxed State of California With its oil fields and refineries and failing roads this is the lowest I've seen in years:

regular @ $2.52/gal at the local Costco, diesel @ $3.43/gal at an ARCO.  The San Diego county average, calculated by AAA, for today is regular @ $3.201/gal and diesel @ $3.605/gal.

$1.30 for diesel or gas? Where I fill up in east Texas, regular is $1.56, non ethanol is $ 2.02 and diesel is $2.06

Costco and sams club in Albuquerque. Both at 1.35. I don’t think they have diesel, I filled up daughters car.

I filled up my truck with diesel at a tribal casino. 2.38 gallon in the four corners region  they can fluctuate quite a bit on fuel prices being they have their own tax rates, but in Durango which is always the more expensive place Diesel is averaging around 2.60

Hey you folks out there is there any earthly reason they keep turning up the volume/ speed at which the pump pushes the diesel? The dang thing, I can't get a slow setting on the nozzle and spews out on my shoes and jeans so I have to slide utility knife in the handle, you can hear the poor pump squealing in there getting it so slow but, now they turned it up again with the stupid spew out problem again even with the tool in there.
