I just got done installing the Edge Juice/ Attitude CS2 on my 1998 24V with 160K. I was fortunate to be able to use my daughters heated pole barn since it is quite cold here. It started up fine and ran smooth right off. I took it for a test ride and pulled over a couple miles out to let things warm and get familiar with the control. After about 5 minutes I set the control at 0 and ran it up to about 55 to get a feel. I then turned around and set it at 2 and punched it to the floor and was quite happy with the extra power. I was just about to back off at about 55 when it died completely. Coasted to a stop and tried to restart it. It cranked over good but nothing. …

I'm adding a fuel pressure gauge. Other gauges already in "A" pillar are trans, boost and egt. Since 2005. All the light wires are from one place (not sure yet from where). But wire sure looks real small to me. Basic Question on wiring... To make sure I'm ok on this or any wire project...add up how much elec going to be going through and then select wire size based on how much going thru wire?

So I took the plunge and bought a new turbo after much debate... Got a 62/68/14 BW S300 SX-E gated. Beautiful work and amazing customer service from the guys at DAP! I have a question regarding fitment of the stock oil drain to an S300. Can I bend and flatten the metal tube to clear the wastegate actuator/compressor housing? I know they make flexible returns but I'm honestly nervous of screwing with the 16 year old bung on the block, as all the aftermarket kits drain to the block, not the factory rubber section our hard lines go to. Also, some how I got a HX40 DP for what I'm assuming is an HE351 flange

I have a issue with my Juice I think. I’m not to concerned about it because I’m getting rid of the edge and going back for another Qaudzilla. So i went to check my wire tap and promptly lost the posi tap piece. Ordered a new one and reconnected it and seems rather slow compared to the first time I tapped it?? Any ideas? No codes or anything. Almost seems like a dead pedal but not really. Definitely has more power than without wire tap though so I lm sure it’s getting fuel. Fuel pressure is 18 at idle and 13 15 wot.

Hey gents, First post, pretty new the the forum thing. Anyone out there have feedback on an Oil Bypass system on our trucks? Worth it? Go the AmsOil route or custom? The question was brought up to me a week ago and got the wheels turning; my truck had a rough life before me, essentially everything BUT the motor has been rebuilt my me just to get her to do her job again. With 358K on the original motor, would an Oil bypass system be effective in anyway. Just trying to put my money where the ol' gal will get the most love long term.

You guys ever seen this? It was a Duralast part, I knew I shoulda gone to Napa but I didnt want to drive across town. Now I have a Napa 1 mi from the house. OEM is a reasonable $135 on Amazon. I backed my timing down 3 units per RPM band except max (that's down 2) from the Extreme Injector Tune in the custom tunes section. Truck was running real smooth, feeling real good. This happened on an on-ramp to the hwy, about 2200 +/-200 rpms, maybe 45mph-ish. Just enjoying that strong midrange torque it lays down. Nothing too crazy. Real shame it happened, though. I put a warranty claim into Mishi, we'll see what they say. Made it home 15 miles w/o spewing…

Hey guys, I cant find the thread I was reading where you all were talking about the PSG being the actual 65HP limitation /w the smarty or non wire tap programmers on the vp44. I got interested and I found a lot of info out there, primarily some french guys where I used google to translate. showing clips to read the 24 series eeprom with 3M clips. They eventually caught on that you could put 5v to one of the legs on the chip and make it no longer read-only (this is common, and I suspected it). Because their forum is invite only I couldnt download their diagrams or documentation they created. I also found some Indian website that showed how to read/write to the …

Hi newbie here I am just getting my first diesel pickup a 1999 Dodge 2500 SLT 5 spd which I will mostly use for towing a fifth wheel and would like to up the HP .Towing will include steep hills 5-10% grades 3500-9500 ft . I was thinking about better intake air flow and 4" exhaust and a exhaust brake . I see Van Aaken , Quadzilla XZT , smarty and Edge EZ listed most for chips/programmers . Can I just and a programmer for the extra 30-50 hp or do I have to add a exhaust elbow too . I have a Bully Dog boost gauge already and a EGT gauge that is not hooked up yet and was thinking of adding a fuel pressure gauge also.

So this is the truck that started my addiction. This is about what it looked like when I brought it home in 2010. It has had a few different turbo, injector and pump setups. I'll just give a quick run down of what they were and what the current is. First setup (past stock) was a set of cpp 7x.010s, he351cw, tst pm3/diablo power puck/smarty, built auto, and ad II 165. Next notable setup was a bit of a step up. s467.7, Infinite performance 6x.013s, tst comp/ts mvp, common rail cylinder head, same built auto and lift pump. All this time was on the original injection pump which I did not realize until I ppumped. …

Hi everyone I am new to this forum. I have a 99 dodge 3500 that I have owned since new. I am recently having higher egts, lower fuel mileage and lower boost. My truck has an edge comp box that I run on 3, pusher intake, pac brake, HX35/40 Hybrid turbo from PDR, RV275 injectors, stock lift pump mounted on the frame with 3/8" fuel line and no banjo bolts. 12psi at idle, about 9 at wot. AFE cold air intake and 4" exhaust. So recently I put a new IAT sensor in because my fuel mileage dropped to 9-10 coming back from South Dakota with 10000 pounds where I used to get 15. It raised it to 12 but my boost is still low at about 21-22 psi and my egts go to 1200 real easy. I use thi…

Is there a way to tell if my truck has an A/M tune? I'm pretty sure it's still stock, but not 100% sure. I'm getting to the point where I want to do a few mods to get a little more power out of the truck and I figured I would start with a tuner. However, I'm not sure if it already has one on it. I assume that to add a tuner I need to be at stock. Correct? I called the local dealer to see about having the ECM reflashed to make sure it's a factory tune and he said they can do it, but warned me that there is a chance it might burn up the ECM... Definitely don't want to do that. TIA

I'm on my third lift pump and I noticed today that my tank is sucking in on itself. I switched back to an Oem style while my new Holley is being warrantied. This all started when I noticed that I could pull my PF gauge down to 0psi, swapped in another pump and same deal. Can I really be sucking that much fuel through 7x12s? Like enough to suck my tank in on itself?
