Is for the power to stay on!

With the amount of snowfall we've seen lately, our total accumulation has seemed to reach about two feet by now. In doing so, we've lost power literally 6 times or more in the past few days.

I just lost power again. Heres to hoping the Christmas dinner Will go good tonight! Don't want to get caught without power in the middle I making a big dinner!

Many times already, on the way home from work, I've Had to cut trees out of the road just to get home. It's never a dull moment around here..

Yes New Meadows is always cold.

Low was only 10° here last night.

Sitting right at 0 now.  Was about -7 this morning.

Trucks gonna be unhappy when I go to start it.

Tonight's forecast low is 10°. The current temp is 3° and falling...

We went thru 50+ lbs of pellets today!  The propane furnace ran for a bit too, though not too much.

I did check the level of the propane tank today. In just over 3 months we have only used ~100 gallons. I can live with that considering its our backup heat (typically runs a few minutes a day but generalky not over 30 min), cooking fuel, and hot water source.

It was 10 in the springs this morning.  One grid cycle and it fired right up.  However, it stumbled and bogged when it tried to transition to 3cyl idle the first time.  I kicked it out and the second 3cyl high idle cycle was fine.

Mine stumbles and kicks out of 3 cyl mode pretty much everytime it is triggered.

I never had a problem with RV275s or stock injectors.

As for me for New Years I'm staying right here in front of the computer doing work. It's too darn cold to be outside screwing around. Morning started at +8*F this morning...

It's 46°, cloudy, with some drizzle here today. We'll be heading to the in-laws here in a bit to roast some hotdogs and relax. Tomorrow I should have my new steering parts in as well as the new ball joints. I'm also replacing a leaking inner axle seal while it's apart.

Right now it's 67° and not a cloud in the sky.  I have all my grandkids with me for the week. It's always fun with them but the food bill just doubled.

Oh goody! Can I get over there and help gobble it down?:thumb1: Happy New year IB

JAG1    Get out of the cold and come on down. Lots of food for all!  Are you going camping at the secret spot this year?

I'm going to make it down there this new year........ I have had an absolute horrid time with this 6 mo. long Job.

Never so many problems in my life, every step of the way.... .I will always listen to my gut from now on.

Anyway there is some talk about Michael Nelson and MoparMom  going down with us and on to Utah afterward. Maybe a meet and greet is in the wind..:burnout:

I'm pretty sure after being cooped up all winter I'm pretty sure MoparMom will bust out and travel after April. That's when the end of the freezing weather is over.

Sounds good. A guy needs something to look forward to. This is great.

It is a shame Riggins closed their airport back in the 60s... I'd fly up there.  hahaha!

That's great !  I'll be there with may boat.  The best time to go there is the first 3 weeks of May or the first 2 weeks of October.  Any time between end of May and mid September and the place is not so secret.

New Meadows, ID has a airport. Tell me when and where I'll pick you up!

Another if you want is at Slate Creek Airport... But New Meadows is closer.
