Just upgraded to 17" rims this week. Really happy with the overall look. A lot of work the last year on this truck.  New paint, New Dash, New Tires, New Wheels.

I’m not sure mine fits in with all the clean looking one around here, 305k on the clock. Owned it since 2002. It had 15k on it when I got it.  Just my little work horse

Not a pic of the truck itself but how things look from my point of view when driving these days

Hey how well does the quadzilla qauges match your analogs?

I don’t have any redundant gauges between the quad and ISSPRO’s but things like coolant and battery voltage match spot on.

All you guys with your clean interiors peer pressured me into cleaning mine today.... Even the plastic on the door sills.  :shifty:

And Bayes is responsible for me making a purchase today.  :shifty: :shifty: :shifty:

@notlimah, we could be doing a lot worse with you!

I’m not gonna say what I got just yet. Gotta see how the truck reacts first.

We’ll get you compounds yet!

Edited by trreed

Lookin good in there! That’s a long 4x4 shifter ya got there!

Lookin forward to seeing what it is.

LOL you already figured that out. I’ll see if I can get better pictures tomorrow.......

Compounds are the best. You need them.

@notlimah I’m telling ya. Compounds are the best.

Looks like they scoot along nicely! And sound good to boot!

If.... IF I ever went compounds I’d have to go with something like what @jlbayes is going with now so I wouldn’t have to re-stall.

Lol that video is slow compared to now. And that 'if' sure sounds like a when....

Of the two 2nd gens I’ve owned over the years, up until last year they were both completely stock power/trans wise. I’m in no hurry to jump straight to the top of the power curve just yet hahaha!

All turbos should sound like this!  Mine doesn't - I'm jealous!

I have a bunch of gauge videos of my old truck but unfortunately zero of the little truck.

The road I live on is an awesome test and tune road. I could come off the main road in 2nd, by first turn 3-4 shift, into it pretty good by next turn 4th to 5th. At this point there is a 1/2 mile straight away. I would floor it, the rear end would squat, and the nose would come up. Pretty cool feeling from drivers seat. Notttttttt so much from passengers.

The highest total boost I saw was a needle width or 2 above 70 pounds with the speedo pegged.

After a few mach 3 bomb runs the truck would be laying low for a few days.

I've the single version of that I listen to 6 hours of turbo whistle all the way down to Ontario, OR and back home.
