My 1999 24 valve at highways speeds seems to have no throttle response. Up hills truck can drop a bit below speed and when I give fuel nothing .. hit flat ground and away it goes .. 

 

truck pulls and shifts flawlessly at non highway speeds .. 23lbs boost, no lower then 10psi fuel, any ideas? It’s embarrassingly be able to be put pulled by a gasser you hill on the highway

Injectors. 

 

Mine was like that till I changed injectors at 200ish .

They were carboned over pretty bad

How long have you owned the truck? Is this something new or always this way?

 

If it is stock, that is about how they pull.

Been like that ever since I’ve had it .. yup is stock ..

What kind of weight are you pulling?

  

If the injectors are stock and over 100k miles they are wasted. These engines are rather retarded in timing why most of us use a tuner like Quadzilla to crank the timing up where needed. There is a lot of upgrades to making good power. 

 I think more information would be helpful. Is your truck automatic or manual trans? Gear ratio, tire size and so on. It will help diagnose the issue. You should put this info in your signature for future reference. Makes things a bit easier. 

moparman thanks I will take out and have them tested/ replaced .. not looking to make huge power , just looking to not get passed by gassers on the highway
