I finaly got a boost gauge hooked up (slow poke). Whats your boost gauge read when you are just cruzin 'bout 60 on a flat hwy, just light throutle cruzin for mpg, no grade?

Mine is anywhere between 2 & 4 psi on the interstate around here. Most of the time these roads are on a slight incline or decline.

flat ground 2 maybe 3 psi. It is very minimal at that speed on flat ground.

'97 3500 4x4, heavy-assed bed, 4:10 gears.. 4-5 @ 60mph empty, 7-10 @ 65mph towing enclosed trailer...

I try to keep mine 1-2 psi, if not zero. The more boost, the more fuel that the puppy feeds to the engine, so mileage suffers.Toss all of that out the window if you are towing or its not absolutely flat...FT

On my daily trip to work which is 60%flat/40% minor hills, I see between 2-5 psi of boost.
