Great Songs
The Golden Hand cuffs at my work place is the company will still supply you with full health care insurance after 20 years on the job and will insure you until you are 62? for full medicare to kick in and one must be at least 55 years old to do so as well if one chooses to retire or quit by then. That and the salary, retirement and other bennies are really good as well. But the shift work and the toll it wreaks on ones body, family and social life is the price one pays to wear the golden handcuffs here. If I make it to 20 years here I will be 58 years old but my dream is to be in FL. before then. There are other family things on my wife's side at play that keep me here for now.

I'm gotta tell you all...
Hello and Welcome Donna, hope you two find long term happiness together. That is if you can forgive him and he rethinks his use of the term "Requirements" when referring to someone he wants to spend quality time with for the long haul of life. Sounded like he was hiring someone rather than looking for love.

Great Songs
Kenny Chesney has a new song and video with a powerful message about materialism in today's society. One of the best songs and messages I have heard in a long while. I can relate to it very easily the older I become as I want to sell everything I own buy a simple condo on the water in Florida and live a simple life, my wife is realizing this as well and realizing I am going to do it some day as the sell off of unneeded material items has slowly begun on my end. Wouldn't it be awesome If we could all break free of the "Golden Handcuffs" as a prior coworker once told me referring to people working for nothing more than some form of good compensation or benefits and not being happy. My single word is "Simplicity". Whats your word?

Some big Cummins porn
We have two of these machines and the engines have been really impressive other than normal leaks here and there. We did have random injector failures on both machines at roughly the same hours so we replace the injectors every 6k hours as routine maintenance.

Some big Cummins porn
I fixed it didn't I? I posted it on my phone and didn't catch the auto mis-correction spelling of it before I hit submit lol. Ha Ha I missed the one in the post itself, it screwed up the title on me too.

Some big Cummins porn
Ha Ha the popcorn buckets are for general parts use we buy them by the pallet full. Unit was up on scheduled hours, doing this one a bit early @ 22K hours were hoping for closer to 24K but dirt work schedule coming up didn't allow for doing it down the road any further.

Wheel bearing failure.
I have a Bully dog tuner on my 2010 hemi and have it set for premium tune as well. mileage is the same but the power is a big difference if I do happen to fill up at a place that doesn't have premium. Heck even locally i fill at a few different places and the power difference between one places premium and another is night and day difference in power on my 5.7 hemi.

Wheel bearing failure.
Ha Ha yeah he has the power bug now, can't spend extra $$ on fuel saving stuff anymore, hes got power mods to buy lol.

Need Dana 70 info
Yep like tyler said its a 10 minute job to pop and axle out count the splines and zip it back in. Its rare one would need the side gears unless you snap an axle and damage one or do one wheel burn outs and overheat them. Usually just replace bearings between the gear and case and that's it which is usually part of a bearing kit. This place is as good as it gets for drive train parts and info. Here is a direct link to all things D70 related you will need to know................your welcome http://www.quad4x4.com/catalog/category/dodged701994-2002

2 inch leveling kit
I have full ranch hand replacement bumpers on all my rigs so I do not get the height as not having the extra weight so that probably plays a big role in none of mine needing longer shocks as I am only gaining about an inch and a quarter average height gain after front leveling systems.

Rebuilt transmission where to stay away from
Inland truck parts and service. They have many stores and do good quality work. http://www.inlandtruck.com/ When looking for an NV4500 remember that GM ran them for several years in the 90's as well. Just need to remember to remove the counter weight off the trans output shaft I it comes from a 6.5 GM diesel.

Need Dana 70 info
As I posted before the D70 is very straight forward and parts can be sourced through most any jobber and gear vendor ect, other than application differences they have pretty much remained the same for 20+ years. What parts are you looking for?

When it rains, does it pour?
My 25 foot 1972 Avion travel trailer is solid as a rock yet lol.

Need Dana 70 info
What parts are you looking for? The D70 is pretty straight forward as far as all being the same for parts, only difference would be the side gears and axle splines do change for different years and applications but one rarely has to replace them. Bearings and gears are all the same and the only other difference would be what type of limited slip unit it has if any which can easily be identified once removed.

2016 Silverado
Not quite sure what the eye roll means but if i ever did need a cummins for any reason going forward if I didn't still have my 05 and having owned every generation I wouldn't look at anything but a deleted 2012 crew cab. But my 05 will last me years to come only averaging 5-6k miles a year anymore lol. My 2010 1500 Hemi has proven that the 4th gen is by far the most bullet proof of all generations, I have put this thing through heck and it has not given me a lick of issues other than rebuilding the tranny @ 80K miles.

2 inch leveling kit
Most 2" leveling kits are only 1.5" in actual height " don't know why they call them 2 inch " which doesn't require longer shocks in most instances for normal daily drivers.

New engine valve operation explanation VVT & VVL

2 inch leveling kit
Guys he has a 2WD if you missed it in his post. Different animal than the 4wds we are used to.
-
2 inch leveling kit
Would be simple coil spacer that goes in between the top of the front springs and the spring perch. Either that route or aftermarket replacement springs.

SUV talk...go
Ha ha sounds like my wife. It won't take long for her to figure out EXACTLY how many miles she can drive with the fuel gauge on empty.
