		Injector swap question

Yes, leave the lines hooked up to the pump but pull out the 5 or 6 8mm bolts holding the lines to the intake plenum. Make sure you pull the tubes before the injectors or you will booger them up.

		Bleeding two fuel lines?

Check your local cummins shops, they arent cheap but they are the correct o-rings. You do not have to remove the lines, just move them out of the way.

		MPG's Reports

Filled up yesterday because I wanted to get my the mpg on my ultra-gauge settup. I only had 144 miles on the tank but when I put the math to it, it came out at 19.5 mpg. Just put a topper on the truck and cant wait to see if it helps.

RV275, Blue Chip Injection pump, and now a new engine habbit

800 is where it should idle but it shouldn't die when put into park, maybe if you have a tight converter.

		IDLE UP

No way to manually adjust idle on our trucks, but as Mike said, watch the temp gauge.

		Quick question

I have a 98 24 valve and it has the tube on the front but I dont think it came with a puke bottle. My buddy has a 98 just like mine but my other buddy has a 98 thats been updated with the cover on the front.

		Bleeding two fuel lines?

Be very careful with the sandpaper, you dont want any sand in the injectors.

		Bleeding two fuel lines?

Mine does this too anytime I open the lines for one reason or another. Spray the area down really good with brake cleaner and loosen/ tighten them back up but just not as tight. I know it sounds crazy but they seem to have a sweet spot and tight as possible Is not always it. I just got #1 to stop leaking yesterday after messing with it a few weeks ago. Run it down the road and check it, if its wet again, loosen/ tighten again and dry it with brake cleaner and take another ride in it.

		Bleeding two fuel lines?

Usually you won't have to bleed it at all if you just open 2 lines for a short amount of time.

		2002 2500

My 78 year young grandpa has gauges, edge ez, propane injection, 4" exhaust, and raptor pump but he doesn't dog his truck at all. I have a lot more done to mine than he does and I don't run mine hard either, unless its hooked to a sled;)

		Quick question

Mike, I don't have much under hood time on 12v trucks. I hope to change that someday though.
 -

		Quick question

I wish mine had it, have seen a few trucks with it done but never got a good look at where the tube came out at.
 -

		2002 2500

Check out some other trucks. Take a road trip down to tx and take your pick of 50 trucks like it for a lot less money.

		BHAF

I removed the 3 mounting bolts from the fender and used some pipe foam over the a/c lines and corner of the battery. Still using the stock hose with the filter clamped snugly inside it.
