Saving for new injectors
I have 8 sets of RV 275 in stock. I also have some 50, 60, 75 100 and bigger for not much more. Injectors are flow matched and pop tested. They are not Mach injectors, but you may be able to think of something else you can do to your truck for $500 extra.

Sometimes a loaner isn't always a treat!
thanks for the link Michael. I book marked it.

Melt down maybe?
just a p? not enough info to go off of, you may check the # of holes and see what size they are.

Melt down maybe?
let me know what the nozzle numbers are and I will try to help you out.

Melt down maybe?
the body gets re used when injectors are uprated to bigger nozzles. If the injectors are stock they are roughly 7 x 0.0075 Without checking the diameter on the nozzlesthe HO nozzles are roughly 7 x 0.0071RV275 are about 7 x 0.008if you take apart an injector there may be numbers on the nozzle, but make sure you do it in a clean place and don't lose anything.

Turbo
too big of exhaust housing to be practical.you will need to spend a good amount of money for a different housing and T4 foot adapter. then you will have a turbo that can support 400HP that has a weaker shaft.better to get an s300g for about $1000.

How much HP will the stock SO vp44 produce before it cannot keep up.
the hot rod pumps are not calibrated after the internals are swapped as they would fail the test for too much fueling and the calibration would stop. So they use a pump that is ready and put some of the HO internals in it.

Boost leak!
cheaper the better.... how much psi did it take to blow the bolt up to the hood?

Look what I brought home
Congratulations!!!

How to get the most from water...
Very Nice!!!I am jealous of your yard, jealous of your solar/water power and jealous of your genius. What will you do with the water powered turbine when you fill up your pond? (run the whole house/yard on it?)

Injectors
you have already passed the point where a turbo is in your future. The Quadzilla adrenaline can outrun a stock turbo. I would do a turbo before yours goes then you can at least sell it for $300 or so to offset the price of a new turbo. Save up and buy the turbo and injectors together. 100HP for superB, 150HP for 62mm

The Tunnel Ram anyone know about it?
Don't stab blindly in the dark my friend... You are right to be skeptical of performance claims as we have all been lied to. (my truck never got 2-4mpg better after installing a timing box or injectors) Please take a look at the pictures and you will see there is no way to grind and sand the OEM plate to be where this product will take it. http://www.dieselautopower.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=TUNNELRAM98-02&Show=ExtInfo Notice the fist sized casting in the block cutting off air to the back cylinders. Everyone I have talked to who has installed it has commented on lower EGT (75-100) and faster spool up (50rpm to 100rpm sooner) + less smoke

On a tight budget - Power Puck Question
powerpuck is a decent chip, especially for the $$. It does NOT do boost fooling, so if you want to up the boost or add injectors your will want a boost fooler.

A good use for the OE ISB lift pump
sounds good to me. Hopefully the pump can handle that type of elevation gain.

Best Towing RPM?
so many variables. under a load like going uphill or a headwind I would stay 2100-2200, cruising I stay about 1900. watch your boost and egt, you will see where you should be.

After Market Mufflers
I like the aero turbine. very nice, sounds like a mix of a throaty chevy gas motor + the diesel soundmy donaldson 30" is passable. I have an extra 20" from my setup if someone wants it cheap.

New sticks installed
injectors really wake up a truck and work very well with a performance box. make sure you have enough air and a good fuel supply pump.
-
New sticks installed
Glad you like the injectors I sold you. You will definitely want more air. I would be running a bigger injectors, but my clutch already will slip occasionally. Wish I had got a dual disc...

Baldwin PF7977

Killer VP44 thread...

clutches
Sold 2 clutches last week from valair. They hold up fine. often they are cheaper than SBC. I would run either in my truck.

Wow...We Massachusetts voters finally got something right.
michael medved covered the Massachusetts race and the pitiful speach made by his opponent all about herself.Hope CA goes and redistricts so that the republicans and democrats are not so "SAFE" in their areas. It would make them more accountable and give the republicans a chance to compete.BTW heard Jerry Brown was going to run for governor again. If he gets in it might be time to move for sure.

bully dog lift pumps
less than that after the rebate...

Tools to keep in your truck ??
MRE's....Well you got me beat. My buddy said he used the tabasco sauce to help keep him awake on Ranger missions. I don't even like it in my food, but he told me "A little drop in the eye goes a long way."
