  1. I agree also. I have dash mounted pod I thought about adding to. Also thought about switching back in. I sit tall enough to see over the two lower gauges but still a bit wide. Not sure what I am going to do but I would like to return the A pillar back to stock.
  2. Well Lucy I cant splain nothing me no comprende either.
  3. Still some good folks in this world.
  4. I have not had much fun looking for that stuff myself. I need to replace most of it my self. figured I would gather some stuff and build my, but this looks promising. never saw it this on RA but somethings you have to do a search for.
  5. Got a few members here that run them. Maybe they will speak up.
  6. Most AZ, AA, and such have a small delection of both.
  7. I would not hurt to put a scanner on it. The key trick can miss things sometimes.
  8. What year is your truck? Key trick only works on the 02's for both computers and only one on 01's for tne part.
  9. Looks good. Maybe you shoulda done the tires too.
  10. Discount tire. I have cut 3 or so in sidewall on darn near worn out tires and they g Have always replaced them no matter the wear. They have also warranted any that did not live up to mileage warranty. That is prorated but damaged ones were full replacement. You have pay mount, balance, and for another warranty though. Not exactly free but pretty close.
  11. They will honor that warranty no matter what you do the tire, brand new or worn to wear bars. No prorating. They honored one for me that i did not bring the tire back from Iowa after it got destroyed. You cant beat it.
  12. Pretty sure they have those backwards from reading the descriptions. I do have one of the SMP in mine and has been for several years. It works just fine. But looking at @04Mach1's post the Cummins is cheaper. That was not the case when I bought mine. It was a lot more back then and thats why I went with the SMP.
  13. So so I my friend, so do I. My light stayed on after replacing the front and rear sensors for about 2 months and then went off 2 or 3 months ago. Hope they stay off.
  14. Check this out. Pretty sure this is where I got mine. Just been to long ago to remember. https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/dodge,2002,ram+2500+pickup,5.9l+l6+diesel+turbocharged,1440064,fuel+&+air,manifold+pressure+(map)+sensor,11207 One comes with the adapter. You can also check with Cummins but I dont think the OE is still available any more.
  15. They definitely quit making the 02 style and an adapter harness is needed. I have one on mine but dont remember where I got it. But I do know $370 from the dealer is a rip off.
  16. Even though mine came a part, it only took a little gray silicone to glue them back together and mine still function fine about a year later. Super glue might have been better but we will see.
  17. I was kinda thunkin that was you. You get a gold star by your name now.
  18. I dont know for sure myself. Definitely no expert on this. But I just cant help but think there is some kind difference since the 1500 were never designed for the Cummins nor the load the 2500 and 3500 were built to carry. ????????
  19. Are the 1500 frames the same as the 2500's?
  20. One of my chores growing up was mowing the grass. The old man had an old, even then, gas powered reel lawn mower. Had one those pulleys like you describe and was real pita for me start. That mower weighed more than I did. Any time I would tell pop I could not mow the grass because it would not start he would walk me out there and just look at thing it would start on its own. Bit of an exageration on part but it sure felt that way. My advise would be not to do it unless my old man is going to show up at your house. If he does, call me.
  21. Someone here the other day showed a picture of a front hub bearing from Timken with made in the usa sramped right on bearing. That still makes me wonder where the rest of it was made. Good to hear about the drag link though.
  22. Maybe I should send him some spares.
  23. If the one on the vac pump is still in place follow it up to the fire wall. I am always pulling mine loose whenever I am working around the fuel filter.
