  1. 2000 QCSB Forest Green Pearl. My first truck and my life long dream. I'm willing to bet its cleaner than 75% of the forum members' trucks!
  2. Yea those things look stupid IMO. Idk if I wanna just get mechanicals or just wait till I get a Qaud and use those. Itll come down t whether I'm going to buy a XZT or ADR. Leaning towards the ADR. I like the tuning for MPG but I could careless about everything else LOL. Why is it that every thread I start the topic of tuners comes up!? HAHA!
  3. Will stock 24 valve valve springs hold a E brake?
  4. I better not say on that. I have a 6 speed and hx35 so idk much about the HY35. I wouldn't be surprised if you gained a few psi of boost though. I believe the exhaust housing on the HX is bigger han the HY. If I'm not mistaken its a 9cm housing on the Hy and 12cm on the Hx which would explain lower egts. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
  5. Any difference between the Glowshit and Isspro Gauge pod? Glowshit is 30 bucks cheaper but who knows how they compare as far as fitment?
  6. Lower egts is one benefit. I'm not entirely sure about others but I'm sure there is some because there is a lot of guys doing this swap.
  7. True saying. I don’t care for hat either. I May do a dual pod setup and do a different fuel pressure setup. That is to be determined. Do you have a part number for the kit?
  8. Heck I just want something of good quality and that will do what I want. I don't need all the other frills...
  9. All this is not a neccisity is it?
  10. Seeking reviews on the Isspro EVA mechanical gauges. Going to be receiving a tax refund this year so hopefully I can get me a set. I havnt noticed this line of gauges anywhere but DAP and theyre 3 times cheaper than the ev2s are they still good quality? Obviously the price difference is problably mechanical vs electric.
  11. So he goes broke lol! Just kidding. Yes he should definatly test apps voltage first.
  12. Mike correct if wrong but I believe that that's your issue unless I'm thinkin backward. If so go to the store section of this forum and get you the Timbo apps.
  13. Got it thanks. Do you have a video clip of your Jacobs brake? And does anyone else have a video of there brakes?
  14. @DooLittleDiesel I would try doing this! Mike I don't see an article about ecm failure clue us in please.
  15. That is one of the benfits of an exhaust brake! Now clue me in on this parking brake adjustement. My brake isn't holding very well anymore.
  16. Hmm I would almost try a Timbo before buying a new ecm if I were him. But I would also do ECM failure testing before the apps...
  17. Dang I cant see why theyre so expensive...
  18. Yes please check for codes I'm also curious if a timbo apps would be a better choice compared to a napa apps. Mike do you know anything about napas? If there units are junk that could easily be an issue still.
  19. These babys are expensive! I'm toen between the BD and the pacbrake. Does anyone have the prxb? Seems that the prices are fairly competitive..
