I always wondered the same thing...

I need tp measure at the back of the tire and make sure the whole setup isn't jut wider than the back. I doubt it is. The tire wear seems fairly even though so its wierd that I wouldn't notice it more? It does pull to the left and sometimes to the right. What is counteract beads?

When I get my truck running again I want to test for ac noise again since I got a new multimeter. I have a hunch that iv got plenty of noise coming out....

Soory to hijack your thread but I measured the tread on my tires for a red neck alignment and and they’re 2 inches wider at the front than the back. I’m afraid if I go fiddling with it I’ll mess with tire wear? Also my steering wheel has a lot of slip in it. I watched he linkage down to the steering box and noticed that no linkage past the box was moving but all the way to he box from the wheel was a lot of slack... Let us know if that helps with your tires wearing funny! I noticed on my tires that it seems like the edges of the tread are rough like they chipped off. Prob cuz they’re cheap tires. What brand of parts Re you going with?

Didn’t read the whole thing but there’s a host of good info here. I’m sort of tempted to disconnect my grids at the battery’s and only using them when it’s below 20 degrees to help relieve the alternator. I usually have my truck plugged in in the winter time anyway. Is this a good idea to do?

Thanks. Ifs rather hard to see the lines on the inside of the frame rail as the fuel tank is right beside. We will get it figured out though. Got a big line kit from filter to injection pump installed and preparing for the Fass to arrive tomorrow and get back on the road!

There’s 2 connectionsnon top of the fuel basket. Which one is the pick up line? Right or left when facing drivers side of the truck. Sorry I know his is confusing too!

Right I understand all that. Lets focus on the Fass return line. The one end goes into the filler neck but where does the other end of the Fass return line hook up too?

Ok let me try to make it easier to understand. So there is 2 ends on the return line. One of them goes into the filler neck of the gas tank. Where does the other end go?

Hmm ok so how do I connect the Fass return guys? Yea I tend to agree. I’d rather not have a hole in my tank

I found it! It was right there beside the fuel inlet I just didn’t realize that it was the return line. I assume that you just ditch both inlet and return lines?

Anyone have a pic of the stock fuel return line location? I think I know which one it is but would be nice if someone could verify

I too am wondering about this. I barely glnced at all the posts in this thread recently since I’ve been so busy and I didn’t catch all that was said about it... Would one of you write an article on it?

If I was going to use it every day I might consider a higher quality model.... same with hand tools. I have a craftsmen tool box and the majority of needed hand tools that my Grandfather gave me for my birthday. Couldn't be happier with the set. Think I could weld something like that for cheaper than a Harbr freight model?

How do you now if the station your using is pumping bio fuel? Will it say on th epump?
