Well it finally happened! QUADZILLLLLA
It should be a picture above with what I set it to... I just have a fear of the timing being way off

Well it finally happened! QUADZILLLLLA
By the way it doesn't run good at all. Lol I've tried a few different things but nothing works on this one or the other one I sorta threw together. I guess I knew before I bought it,, but kinda disheartening buying something and not knowing how to use it or "build it" or even getting to use it really.

Well here's what I have right now. Still re-reading everything and trying to make something work. You really have to work for this programmer lol... I feel like I don't have enough fuel, truck doesn't really smoke that much at all which is good but I'd like to have more fuel and smoke to start then dail it back to perfection. All these settings still just leave me mind boggled... Be gentle this is my first one and I have no friggin clue what to really do haha

So the power levels... so you make your tune how you want it then the levels in that tune ex. 0-11 etc that basically 0-stock, 1-valet then just progressively adds everything (timing/fuel) to the max of what your/that specific tune is?? Do I set it to zero on default for just stock/nothing then data log (I guess it does it automatically or continuously) to see what timing I'm running before adding? Maybe that might clue on what pump I have??

Front End Rebuild Suggestions
Go and get a complete DOR (dodgeoffroad) steering kit with hiem joints all around. You won't look back, my entire front end is from them and it's solid as a rock. Highly highly recommend DOR stuff! Imo the best you could possibly get, and the price is justifiable.

Radiator leak
I also would vote on just getting a auto part store on. Oriellys, Napa etc. That's what I've always had/used. Worked great, I couldn't justify spending that much for the mishimoto right now

I'll prolly have to do that... That makes sense. No go on the cool side lol... I might as well use it for my oil since I have it all and get a Trans temp setup down the road. I'm about to drill into the manifold for that other sensor, grease and a vacuum...

Well it finally happened! QUADZILLLLLA
Yea I know some of what yall are talking about but some not so much lol. Still trying to wrap my brain around this, prolly will take a long while.... prolly would be easier if it was face to face going through all of it ya know... In another note has anyone ran the temp sensor that comes with it to a manual trans instead of an auto? I have fast coolers so I have a port available. Going also attempt to add a second Pyro in the manifold for the quad also.

Well it finally happened! QUADZILLLLLA
The more videos and reading I do here, I keep feeling more and more over my head It's definitely alot to take in. OCD & ADD is definitely not a good combo with this Where do I start with pump unknowns and injectors? Follow the same guidlines in the tuning article here?? With each tune you make what's each power level within that tune? I'm just running on stock tunes and it helps alot but definitely not what it should be. Timing is off for sure due to obvious signs and fuel seems low, and since I have low gearing most of my driving is in higher rpms which sucks and stock stuff comes in really early. I'd like prolly the most common 3 tunes to start with. Daily, Race, Tow.

Well it finally happened! QUADZILLLLLA
Well after working through several issues as yall know I was finally able to get myself a quadzilla adrenaline. I got it installed this afternoon and have it on default settings it came with and just kept bumping it up just messing around only made it to 7 till I got home, kinda scary... and no smoke-kinda expected alot since these huge injectors...? I guess, who can help me paid or unpaid 😁 get something setup for everything in my sig but note the pump may or may NOT be a dragonflow, this is still a mystery. Now to go try and school myself on how to get things setup, power levels, different profiles etc... so much to do!

WHIRRRR?
You can get just a boost fooler module - plug and play - for pretty cheap. Tweets aka twins/ twin turbos/ one big turbo and one small turbo. If you tow alot I highly recommend it, I guess either way it's a good choice for twins... 62/68/12 is turbo size. 62mm compressor inlet 68mm turbine outlet 12mm exhaust housing size Anything bigger than a 62mm your kinda stepping into a different class so to speak. More power more mods and sometimes not towing friendly if not correctly spec'd out. I would also second the suggestion of a 62/68/12 and 90 hp or 125's with quadzilla programmer. Of you didn't have exhaust I'd recommend 4in but since you already have 5in it would be silly to spend the extra to change. If you have the funds go twins and studs and add to list and maybe slightly bigger injectors.

WHIRRRR?
I wouldn't buy used injectors for 500$.... DAP has just about any size you could want for 600$ new, with your cores obviously. I'm a fan of the super bee and super bee special turbos but they might be a little big for you. Tons of options on turbos, I'm sure someone with a smaller setup will chime in with some good combo specs.

New to Quadzilla and confused
I can definitely see that! Do you have to have phone etc hooked up for data logging or does it automatically store? This is nice also! Do you need the phone to change preset tunes? Or is there like a mini module with couple of buttons for such?

New to Quadzilla and confused
Ahh ok, I think I have an old S8 that I could use. Scratched to hell but it'd work for now. I'll get to use the the fire starter outlet now lol. So with those 2 sensors it comes with do you need boost, fuel or anything else for mapping purposes? Obviously it could display all the vitals on the screen too if you had all the sensors, I already have mechanical gauge's but maybe it would nice to have it on a screen too?

New to Quadzilla and confused
That might be annoying to have to charge the phone or tablet everyday and find a good way to mount it ?

New to Quadzilla and confused
I was thinking you would have to get sensors, but what if u didn't? Don't you need those to map everything like I been seeing? Control with my phone? Does it not come with a display screen? Like led screen etc? This is obviously alot more than I've ever done, always had just a comp box lol.

Bad fuel knock or worse!?!?
Well been a bit since I posted, took forever to get injectors back from DAP. Was told same day turn around but after no contact I had to call next day, then same story it will be today, kept this going day after day till late the next week then they just showed up with no call or anything. Still have not got a response back like I was promised on what exactly happened to them @dieselautopower As of now it's running good again. Would like to know what happened to injectors. Lack of communication error on DAP's end...

New to Quadzilla and confused
Gonna prolly go ahead and get the quadzilla for my rig. Does the kit come with all sensors needed for monitoring or are they purchased separately? Or do I even need them? Does it come with a display screen? Just Kinda confused on what you get and what you need. I think there is a few threads on how to tune once I get it. I'll prolly have to ask then what would be best with current setup.

Bad fuel knock or worse!?!?
Update: I came home today and swapped #2 injector from first test with #1 and the problem followed that injector. Cracked it in #1 cylinder and it kinda smoothed up the idle like last test. Kinda sorta maybe rules out pump issues I'm thinking, but never say never - knock on wood. Anyway chatted with @dieselautopowerfor a bit this morning over the phone, discussed all this and more. Hopefully Mitchell up there watched the video 😁 DAP is taking care of me I pulled all the injectors tonight labeled them and sending them back to DAP first thing tomorrow for testing/cleaning, rebuilding etc. @Mopar1973Man Idk if it is necessary to stay in the 911 section now I feel a little better about the situation lol, still with out a ride though... Maybe it can or (needs to) go over to the 2nd gen section?

Bad fuel knock or worse!?!?
@dieselautopower I did this morning. He was supposed to get a login and watch video also. Yes my old ones were 6x18's he was supposed to get back with me and let me know if they were in fact that size when they shipped back. I just haven't updated my signature for new ones.

Bad fuel knock or worse!?!?
Previously When I called DAP and chatted with them for a bit about everything getting new injectors etc. they said that these would be fine with that pump or stock pump due to me not being 100% it being a dragonflow. I can safely say that it does have .093 lines, last night I used drill bits to check them them half @$$ use calipers in there and got to .090 roughly so close enough. Now just to figure out if I ever can what pump it is.

Bad fuel knock or worse!?!?
@TractormanI thought the same thing, one of the upper techs at work at deere watched and listened also while I whirled it over trying to start it. Engine never speed up or slowed down that would indicate a bent valve or push rod, just a smooth whizz if you will, we also both watched at different times at the engine running valve cover off and didn't see anything abnormal going on - to the naked eye. So not to say we didn't miss something - not perfect, but it seems fine in that area.

Bad fuel knock or worse!?!?
Yea that's #2, I imagine I'll wound up pulling them all again... Hopefully @dieselautopower will help me figure this out, these are their brand injector. Just odd it ran amazing after install, night and day difference. Then now this? I mean if it failed- stuff happens- not gonna blame DAP ya know, but Outta that video could this one or multiples bad produce that-as shown? I could have other issues, idk, I'm pretty stumped right now

Bad fuel knock or worse!?!?
Edit #2 Pulled #2 injector, had crud on it considering the circumstances. Here is the injector fresh out the head then sprayed down with brake clean. I imagine they're all looking this way right now!
