  1. Glad to help. If you need any more I'm here. Have a good trip.
  2. Ok Doc here is some pix. Sorry it took so long to get them posted. In pix 2 and 3 you can just see home made shield. The clamp that is about 2 inches from filter is for the support piece that is under inlet tube.
  3. When I tossed my K-N and went to a BHAF the only part that got reused was the air inlet tube. It fit into the BHAF just right. All the rest didn't fit. I took a piece of sheet metal and fabed a heat shield. Also watch out for the fender bolts that hold the OEM filter box. If needed can take some pix of mine.

  11. The damper is shot. The rubber is starting to work its way out, so I'll need a new one. My 2 cents get a Fluid Damper I love mine, was worth the price.
  12. I criss cross as in Mike's post and have not had any problems. Last set where cheap tires and still lasted 50k.
  13. Also check all the boost lines and boots. I had a boot clamp that was going bad and did not loose boost till over 11 lbs.
  14. Yeah that's the trouble with an upgrade, you want to play with them. Enjoy the rv 275's they are fun.
  15. Daily driving back and forth to work and such, 16.6 to 17.1 on hwy no load 18.5. Pulling my 6k 27 foot TT at 65 to 68 mph 14.4 Can't complain.
  16. Thanks for the wire colors, mine work sometimes and I thought of the door loom wires just didn't know colors. Now I will try to see if mine are breaking.
  17. I really lie the RV275 I installed, nice power upgrade and 1.5-2 mpg gain [as long as I don't max power to much]. Mine is the HO 245hp and I can feel the diff.
  18. Good topic and pix. Guess I need to check on mine to see if plastic is wearing. Thanks
  19. I for one REALLY like this site and am willing to donate for it. Hope some day to buy the tee shirt and banner. [i know they were gifts] but would like to get them some day. Keep up the good work Mike.
  20. While changing fluid on mine I cleaned the little screen and have had no trouble in 2 years.
  21. Here in the rust belt of southeast Ohio anti-seize is best friend. Thanks for this post as went out and checked mine and am getting low, oh well needed an excuse to go to the store.
  22. I did mine with engine off. Keep drill and then tap greased. After each use small magnet to fish out any thing that made it passed the grease. I also used a magnet on the manifold next to drill and tap to help catch anything. Was not to hard. Like Yankneck969 said watch the vids.
  23. I use the adjustable on mine set it at 28#. Seems that egt climbed when set any higher. Love the little extra kick in the pants feel when the boost passes 19#. Mike you said 35# maybe I should try that much and see how it does.
  24. Try FPPF one 8 oz bottle treats 200 gal. and only cost 7.99 or 8.99. Been using it for 25 years no problems.
  25. I would also check the IAT connector and clean it. Could be dirty and when cold not connect as good.
