  1. In the meantime, your truck will run bad and hideously smoky with 13s or 12s. Ive ridden in tfaoros truck, and his injectors are big for it. Injectors are cheap. Buy the right ones for now or do turbo, injectors, and tuning at once. If you can't now, then save for it. If you buy the wrong ones you wont be happy... unless you want to impersonate a coal train everywhere you go and like high EGTs and bad mileage. You have had several good options here for combos, pick one or tell us exactly what you want to build. It is tough and frustrating to be unable to help without that info. If you just want to experiment and swap parts... then go for it, but keep your old injectors to swap back to.
  2. At the time... i think it was 3 to 400. Cheaper than trying to piece together a facory system. However the range of a Chrysler fob is way better. The range on mine degrades quickly.
  3. I had a hide a key that some punks found. Since i locked it with the fob, the truck would go nuts if the door opened without disarming the system. The youths, of whoms parental lineage was not legitimate (no cussin here), panicked, ripped the ash tray of change out if the dash, tried to rip the gauge cluster out, and ran, leaving a cheap screwdriver in it. They tried to break in the rear window with a pry attack later after i re keyed it. I ended up parking it at the office because they wouldnt leave it alone. I got lucky, and wont use hide a keys now. They likely would have joy rided it, stripped it of the easy interior stuff to pawn, then wrecked it somewhere downtown and walked. I kinda wish they had... as it had full coverage, haha! There is a shop on arapahoe that does the install.
  4. I have an aftermarket Karr system in mine that includes a security system... my truck would have been stolen in denver if not for the system.
  5. If your truck didnt have factory keyless entry it might require a revamp of the ccd system. There is a guy who did it here, and also added steering wheel radio controls. I dont have time to search for the thread but you are welcome to.
  6. Hows your tv cable? I find that with each TM change, the TV cable dictates shifts way differently.
  7. But in mt mind, the fboss ideally would push fuel back to an in tank venturi jet pump. No moving parts aft of the engine other than an electric standby thst normally is bypassed.
  8. Ideally id want two pumps into one regulator with checks and a function light. Really cool would be a jet pump like are on aircraft with an engine driven pump and a stand by electric for starting or automatically turned of from fuel px. no moving parts, but a ton of plumbing.
  9. I wish i could see the maps and adjust them.
  10. Academy... Possibly, but not on 25 today. Besides, I was napping with the Labrador Retriever at 5:30.
  11. id say you got all the miles out of that one.
  12. I had similar and it was a unit bearing. It went from occasional to constant.
  13. Imo... these trucks generally arent going to be fixed with a box... they need a whole front end to be back to right.
  14. 5k on my blue top. No issues and price was right. Ryan at blue top also is willing to put a high pressure or quick ratio box together for not much more.
  15. The Japanese have a very odd cultural hangup regarding radiation. Not a joke either. One of their worst cultural hangups.
  16. Probably about 15k. I've been doing a lot of heavy towing with them and aside from my LH ball joints dying, they have been wearing great. For the money, they seem to be a good option for a mid price range tire. I like how they sound and run on various ice/snow/mud better than BFG KOs with similar miles... Although new BFG KOs are hard to beat.
  17. I am running LT245/74R17 Toyo AT2 and I love them.
  18. are there old sayings like that from Canada too?
  19. close. give me coffee or ill make you wish for death.
  20. What? haha. Not really that bad, but conversations kinda suck unless you speak at a full volume. Mumblers will not be heard. I may use my flying bose headset, as the stereo just doesn't cut the exhaust at 2000 rpm and 20 psi for 10 hours. The drone sounds pretty much like a couple T56 turbines under a helmet without ear plugs, which may be why it doesn't bother me as much as some folks. The drone at 1100 rpm to 1300rpm is that annoying sound like when the props are out of sync.
  21. I like raspberries... and shortly thereafter, dental floss.
