  1. Thanks. Yes, I had a shop rebuild it for me. billet triple disk, HD flexplate, billet input shaft, and some upgrades to the valve body and electronics.
  2. Vehicle Nickname: Big Blue Date Added To The Garage: 2023-02-26 Garage Link: Big Blue
  3. I had a cable wear through back near the rear axle. Might be worth tracing the cables to make sure they are intact. Mine acted the same way, intermittent then it stayed on.
  4. It sounds like a MAP sensor to me based on it having both high and low voltage codes at the same time. If you removed the quad out of the system and plug in the MAP as it should be stock and you are getting codes then it's not a quad issue. I'm leaning towards MAP sensor. In the articles section for the codes there are tests you can do for the different codes.
  5. The first time it went out there was no difference in the way it ran, in fact I drove it like that for about a week till I could change it out. The second time it did have a bad miss. Not sure why it was different.
  6. you should be ok just to remove the plug from the module.
  7. I would try removing the quad completely to return the truck to stock configuration and take it if a test drive. If it seems better, then I would look at what is wrong with the quad. If its still gutless then maybe take a look at the turbo install. There might be a massive leak somewhere. Do you have an actual boost gauge or are you just using what the Quad says?
  8. Sounds like a deal. I'd be happy to buy 2 from you (so I have a spare, just in case). Just let me know how much.
  9. On my 99 it was the Crankshaft Position sensor that went out that caused a no tach issue. It is located behind the starter. Its a simple job. I had it go bad twice so far. The first time I replaced it with a cheap Autozone part, the second time (about a year later) I got a NAPA part and no issues since.
  10. I had one strip on me too when I went to put on the stealth cover. I just left it and never put on the cover yet.
  11. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you all!
  12. Nice find. A Steeler fan in Ohio? I am hoping to be out that way once they build that new Intel fab outside of Columbus in a few years. Then there will be another couple Steeler fans in Ohio (we are slowly taking over )
  13. I replaced the headliner in my Jeep Cherokee a while back. Relatively easy to do. Pull the fabric, scrape off all the old foam, make sure its clean, test fit the fabric (trim where needed). Spray adhesive on both the headliner and the fabric, wait a few seconds for the adhesive to start to get tacky. Get a second set of hands to help you lay the fabric. The only real issue I had was I pinched a wire for the vanity light in the visor and shorted a fuse. Couldn't figure out why the radio, lights, and locks wouldn't work. Took me a little bit to figure out what I did. Always remove negatives if there's even a chance of shorting something. Lesson learned. I didn't use headliner material, I just used some thick gray material that I found at Joann's. Worked good.
  14. Last night when leaving my son's football game, anytime I got over 45 mph it would do the TC lock/unlock. I also smelled a weird electronics smell at different times on the drive. Because of what I learned from this site I knew what to check first. This morning I checked the AC noise from the Alternator and it was .1 VAC I got it couple of years ago from NAPA so I pull it off and and head to my local NAPA. Unfortunately I couldn't find my receipt so another $170 later I am on my way back home. After installing the new alternator I check the AC and it is reading .0314 VAC (alternator post to negative post on battery). Much more gooder! I take it for a test drive on the highway and the TC locks and stays locked now. Thanks @Mopar1973Man! This is why I am subscribed to this site.
  15. The OBDLink is a great little tool to have in your toolbox. You can use it on multiple vehicles to read live data, scan for codes, and reset them. Well worth the price. https://www.amazon.com/OBDLink-Bluetooth-Professional-Grade-Diagnostic-Performance/dp/B07JFRFJG6/ref=sr_1_2?crid=3EB5A5STOMZBE&keywords=obdlink+mx&qid=1663602077&sprefix=obdlink%2Caps%2C164&sr=8-2
  16. I had a lot of corrosion issues till I replaced the batteries and I also replaced the cables/terminals with a set from Geno's. Now my terminals are as clean today as the day installed the batteries/cables. They are a bit pricey and I'm sure you can make them cheaper yourself but I paid for the easy route. https://www.genosgarage.com/product/dodge-ram-cummins-replacement-heavy-duty-battery-cable-kit-ddg25kit/battery-cable-and-components
  17. Didn't they change the way the filters go on with their new filters that they have now? I vaguely remember something about that... I knew I saw it somewhere... from the FASS website for their "Extreme Water Separator" When replacing the discontinued filters with the new XWS-3002 and PF-3001, the XWS-3002 will now be placed on the pressure side of the pump and the PF-3001 will be placed on the suction side. PLEASE SEE THE LOCATION DIAGRAM ON THE NEW FILTERS FOR PROPER FILTER PLACEMENT! https://fassride.com/shop/product/shop-category/2018-2021-3-0l-powerstroke/xws-3002-extreme-water-separator/
  18. The Quadzilla Adrenaline is what handles all the timing and fueling. The iQuad module is how the Adrenaline communicates with your phone/tablet to be able to download tunes, modify tunes, or see your gauges.

  20. Read through this article on how to tune the Quadzilla Adrenaline. Make sure you have it set up for V2 tuning and not just default. https://quadzillapower.com/adrenaline-custom-tuning-guide/
  21. My wife's 2015 Jeep Wrangler needs something for the black trim. It's starting to fade pretty bad. I've been looking at a couple of different types of these restorers. I actually watched that Project Farm video already (I love watching his videos).
  22. Very nice results. Do you tape it off then apply for either of those products or is it just wipe it on. Will it harm the paint if you don't tape it off?
  23. If your WTS is not coming on for 5-6 secs then your ECM may not be long for this world. Also, if you go to replace the APPS then make sure you go with a TIMBOs. Super easy to replace and set up. BTW... you're wiring looks great. Nice connections and lugs. Your terminals don't look bad either. I've seen a LOT worse (including mine before replacing the cables and terminals). One other thing, welcome!
