  1. Oh no...... he's startin' another satellite repair yard at my place .
  2. AH64ID, My original post was a per capita figure that .001% of the overall population in the U.S. has died from the Corona virus. One death per 1,000 people. My second post was a comparison between florida, which has no restrictions and the rest of the U.S. using the death rate among people that tested positive for the virus. Surprisingly Florida's death rate is about a half a percent less than the rest of the U.S. Now there could be much better comparison in numbers, meaning Florida stands a change of having even better numbers still, because using the average death rate for those testing positive for the whole US is not a good comp because there are a few more states going without restrictions that got mixed into the averages across the U.S. I thought it was interesting to see Florida doing better with no restrictions at all and was a quick numbers comparison. With their great weather there means more people are outside which I think plays a big part in staying healthy. not being locked up inside.
  3. Nice work. Just think about the the numbers that are going to notice this truck going down the road. It's going to be a real eye catcher.
  4. I pray we all have a better year this time around. I do notice more and more good people seem to be making a better stand at practicing God's precepts. Lets all buck the trend and do good, however small, to others. Happy New Year everyone.
  5. Onliest reason Mr Nelson lives way out in the Boonies is because I saw him with a big long black hair wig and mask pictured on a wanted poster in the post office.
  6. Can't believe all these years I finally get a rise out of Mopar Man.
  7. Let me know when she fails to bring the correct wrenches. I'll train her for ya, will need her for about 18 yrs is all.
  8. Very cute pup. Took awhile for the pic to come up. Thanks for showing
  9. The trouble is we are in that skyrocket trajectory of population explosion that Paul Erlich talked about back in the early 70's, so we may begin to see some shortages of various things.
  10. I'd probably die from heart attack tryin' to pay off the hospital bill. My wife was in hospital two nights three days ran simple tests for heart pain. Could not find anything. Gave her one pill of nitroglycerine and sent her home. The bill was over 18 grand. Min wage should be a hundred an hour. Anyway it maddens me for sure the things going on for effing money and no concern for the individual.
  11. I just did a small calculation on death rate for areas that have restrictions versus Florida that has no restrictions. Death rates are nearly the same or even a little bit less in Florida. Anyone care to do another comparison? Tell us weather masks and other restrictions are making any difference? I'm all ears on this. Thanks in advance
  12. I've noted the same thing too.
  13. Really sorry you lost that RV and that everyone was Okay. Some of those Chevy/ GMC motorhomes were the sweetest rigs around. My neighbor has one that looks like new. It's beautiful. I have to force myself to keep my eyes on the turn when going by.
  14. I have only seen Fordiots either tailgating or speeding excessively. Most Cummins guys seems to be more polite, keep their head. You only need to watch out for chicken bones if your behind 'em.
  15. I have found letting it all go by is best and all you have to do is go 5 over the limit and soon most are all gone past leaving only the good folks around you I keep myself only imagining it so I won't go to prison for it.
  16. I rent excavators...... sometimes I think about asking a driver to get out of his car, Ford..... whatever just so I can crush it into a little ball. That be so fun
  17. I was standing on the side of the road the other day and saw just a blur so fast you couldn't tell what it was. One person said to the other, '' It musta been Super Mopar Man'' He he he ''passing another Ford.''
  18. You got that right Dieselfuture...... when I hear of a recommended stock to buy I go to the tool section in the store and buy something to get rid of that buying mood. I even like it sitting there all new and shiney just for that day when it comes., Had to buy a second stand of tool boxes to keep it organized
  19. I have seen some very twisted moves lately while driving. Seems to be getting worse not better. Bible says in the later days people will be drunk with materialism, selfishness, rivalries, lovers of themselves, haters of others, wise in their own conceit. I see it coming. Spiritual lesson for today Pray for others and enjoy being good and doing the right thing with sincerity of heart.
  20. Thought I would ask for some horror stories here to help put in perspective the importance working on your own vehicle. Care to share?
  21. Thanks for the explanation. I was hoping not to go to the wrecking yard for a caravan blower. I think what I will do is figure out a smart way, if there is one, to close that door behind the glove box and recirculate the air.
  22. There has been 320,000 deaths from Covid in the U.S.A. and there is 328 million people living in the U.S.A. Please correct me if I wrong....... That's only one in a Thousand have died from the Coronavirus. Aren't these numbers lower than the average flu season? What is the proper perspective on all this shut down and washing every wire on the shopping cart before going into the store? OPines greatly appreciated t.i.a.
  23. Would the 4 holes help drilled into the stock fan housing, not a Dodge Caravan blower, still be a significant improvement? I got popcorn blowin' out my vents here
  24. Merry Christmas everyone. Leety, did your friend like her gift from the forum members? I hope those kids get a good christmas and have some fun. I could be wrong, but it just seems things are not as simple or harder to accomplish these days.
  25. Too many girlfriends with Mary Jane and all, that's a lot to juggle.
