Can someone help me out...

Are all turbo sizes based on the inducer measurement? ie: a 62/65/12 and a 62/74/14 are both considered 62mm turbos?

65mm turbine vs 74mm turbine on the exhaust side. Then the exhaust housing going from 12cm2 to 14cm2. So, the second turbo would Have more lag.

I'm impressed with the minor change in how the turbo runs. Highway cruise boost pressure is down I'm like 2-5 PSI at 65 MPH and now with the +75HP injectors my EGT's have dropped a good 100*F so 65 MPH I'm floating 500-600*F. Max boost I was able to bang out this turbo so far was right around 47 PSI with my old Quadzilla tunning for the stock injectors but it was way hot and smoky.

Those are good numbers!!

How does the pop pressure compare to stock?

47 psi with timing and stock head bolts??? I'd dial it back or plan on studs asap. With the change in turbine the 47 psi now could be the same as 50+ on the stock turbo.
