    So everything is working but the fuel pressure....it’s in yellow and does not read on the quadzilla...would this be a sensor and I could just order a new one or is the the quad adrenaline itself? Any suggestions would be great I’m kind of at a loss.....

  4. So I had just a vary basic tune setup on my quad and truthfully it is most likely vary poorly tuned. I really have no idea what my pump stretch my TPS setting should be or any of my timing setting for having bigger injectors and turbo. I hate my EGTs there at 850 or more just doing 70MPH on the freeway and just touching the pedal jumps them to 1300 EGT right now.   5. No boost and 100% transmission slip???? So I just changed my oil and fuel filters along with fixing an oil leak on the vacuum pump. To fixing the oil leak I unplugged the sensor behind the vacuum pump and the three wire plug next to the engine ID plate..... fixed the oil leak and re-assembled everything. While I was drive home, I noticed it not registering boost and the trans was at 100% slip. I foot braked it to try and build some boost. It start to build up but felt like it just fell on its face and didn't have any power. Still drove okay I tried resetting the app sensor no change. 01 2nd gen, BT iquad all the normal mods. …

    I have been looking at the tunes people have been running and I am seeing a common trend, the 30 psi canbus fuel setting is set a few % above the 28psi setting. For normal DD duties this is fine and dandy, but if you are after high RPM Fueling you should make a small change to your tune. Rather than setting your 30 psi setting a few % higher than your 28 psi setting you should put your 30 psi setting at %150. This wont make the tune any less smooth as %99 of the time if you are at 28psi + your are likely at WOT and likely your tune is asking for max duration already. So if the max fueling command is 4095, and your 28 psi setting puts you at 4095 already t…

  7. Running standard V2 tuning for now. Wanted to explore the features of the Quad and play around with customized settings. Have boost defuel on at 30 psi, EGT defuel at 1200 °F, high idle kicked on at 30 seconds, warmup mode until 140 °F, MPG offset off, and lastly, turbo timer set for 60 seconds. Shutting the truck off whether I’m at level 0-10, the truck shuts off immediately rather than running the extra 60 seconds after key-off. I set the turbo timer to 300 °F, as well, and have had the same trouble in all levels. Anything I’m missing? Have had the Quad for about 2 weeks now, still trying to figure out the Diagnostics …

  8. I really have a good grasp of how this works and how to get the best use from it. Max Load Timing Offset is used in conjunction with vehicle weight and/or weight towing. In a nutshell, your cruising along in your cruise timing and then you just exceed the limits of that now you flop over to the Max Load Timing Offset. This will retard the number of degrees you have set at this point. For example my economy tune...     There appears to problem with the gallon trip resetting when the ignition is cycled. Then I figured the MPG would of been released for the V2 98.5 to 02 Dodge profile.

    So I bought a 01 auto....has a guadzilla adrenaline with the iquad....put it on the v2 setting and pl00....it has 11 power levels....so did sum test runs and it doesn’t pick up timing or fuel pressure....is there something I need to upgrade or that I’m not doing right?

    I'm curious if there is a update of firmware for the Quadzilla. I've lost count of what version I've got and what is the current version. I've got fueling issue in the 1000 to 1200 RPM range. For some reason Quadzilla oscillates up and down regardless of timing. You can watch engine load jumping up and down.

    Ok so I’ve got 2 questions.. 1) Recently I’ve been having my high idle mode act really weird. Normally the rpms will gradually climb as the high idle kicks in (I have the delay set for 60 sec.) but I’ve been noticing that lately the high idle just jumps up to around 1100-1200 rpms instantly and not gradually as I’d like to see it. Also I’m sometimes still having an issue where the high idle will kick on after my truck is up to temp and my delay expires. I’ve tried unplugging the quad and I’ve updated it but nothing has changed.     Looking for some help making a tune for 7x10 sac injectors and 56/62/12 turbo. Ideally a race tune and a DD tune I run 315/70/17 tyres and 3.55 gears im struggling with EGTs climbing. Can someone help me out with a basic tunes I can work with? My altitude is sea level too 1000ft above there abouts. I have a 4inch straight pipe too. Quadzilla V2 Thanks

    I've spent a long time lurking while I built my truck. It is "done" now and I'm working on tuning. I took it to a dyno a couple of weeks ago and datalogged two of the pulls. I made a race tune with the excel tune builder but I wanted to see what y'all thought and might have some input to squeak out a couple more torque and horsepower.   18. I'm doing some serious research into cruise timing and how far can you go. Being I'm running 7 x 0.010 injectors popped at 320 bar this makes my injection event a bit later than normal. My current timing is... Now I've got cruise timing set to 6° with a load of 22%. This give me a max cruise timing of 26° at 0% engine load and 24° at 22%. I'm very surprised of how low you can drive the EGT's my 55 MPH EGT hovers in at about 400-450°F and 60 MPH is barely 500°F to 550°F. Boost sits at nearly zero boost at 55 MPH and 60 MPH just barely 2 PSI. I'm well into the 20 MPG bracket now been reaching 320 to 340 miles at a half …

    Bought an XZT to move away from my smarty installed it and didn't change the tunes at all, I got it second hand so I don't know what is loaded into it currently. What I do know is it made my truck run worse on any setting other than stock and I didn't get the cable to download tunes to the box. So is this cable available anywhere? Also from reading around it doesn't sound like any tune for the xzt would make my truck run that bad. It would bog egts would spike and I wasn't getting over 10psi for boost yet stock it spools to 22-26 no problem.

    Hey all. Im new here but have been on Cummins Forum and all that. I took off my Edge Juice w/ Attitude and installed my quadzilla last night and was able to take for a spin today. Truck has no power going down freeway or anything, I can from 20% throttle to 100% and the truck will not move. Struggles up hills and I have never seen the boost gauge move. I think I have a data log from drive home so I will attach it. I also threw a code but when I do the ignition check it is p1693. The last thing is that my fuel pressure goes from 26 to 5 and anywhere in between no matter what. Also did this with the edge but it never turned out to be an issue and haven't go…
