So it started when I was heading to a job in new mexico I made it all the way to abilien texas pulling my camper the truck started feeling like the tranny was slipping going down the highway. I would be driving along and the rpms would shoot up real high with now power id jave to let off the fuel and it would stop then it would just keep doing it. I took it to a tranny shop that morning they checked it out the tranny was fine but it had thrown low fuel rail pressure code. I vhanged the fuel filter and finished my trip no issue a few months later i noticed that when I get on the truck pretty hard it will do someone of the same thing where the rmps will just go through the …

Hello everyone, awhile back I bought some edge jammer nozzles and havnt done anything with them yet because im pretty sure that when I am to install them that I will have to set the pop off pressure. Can anyone tell me how or if I can to this on my own or if I have to pay someone to do it.

I pulled my 28' 5th wheel to the U.P. for a week of camping. Everything was seemingly fine until someone in front of me, about 5 miles before the campgrounds, stopped to turn left on the 2 lane highway. When I took off after they turned, my truck was shifting funny. It didnt want to go from 3rd gear to 4th. I had to feather the throttle to get it to shift.I pulled my buddy's boat around all weekend without any issues. Came home yesterday from a 3 hour drive hauling our 5th wheel and going down the highway, it pulls fine without any issues. My buddy with the 2007.5 Dodge Cummins 4x4 ST 1 ton pickup wants to know if I can add factory cruise control to his pickup. He's tired of having to drive it on long trips without cruise control. If it's possible, do I just need to get a new steering wheel and clock spring, and the required parts for under the hood, and add it with my AlfaOBD tool, or does he need to get a TIPM with cruise control functionality built in it? I don't know if there are any aftermarket solutions to adding cruise control to a 3rd gen Dodge pickup or not.

Last week the security system cluster light start to stay on everytime that I drive the truck and the key remote buttons stop to work. Tonight my wife take the truck to go at the mall and when she comeback in the parking lots to drive the truck she open the door and the horn and lights start to flash, she start the truck and the alarm still flash the light and sound the horn, she try to push the panic button, lock unlock the door nothing work to stop the alarm. after about 15 minutes of ALARM PARTY with the engine running the alarm stop, but as soon as she unlock the door manualy (the button stop to work in the truck to) the alarm start again. Ok guys. I’ve been fighting this truck for about 2 months. I was using it as a car hauler when one day my Ecm decided to take a crap. After troubleshooting and finding a broken ecm pin(fuses b+) i sent the ecm to GOecm in Grand Prairie, tx but they said it was fried. When they asked me for my numbers on the valve cover so i could replace the ecm i found the sticker was unreadable. Needless to say they wouldn’t sell me an ecm because they couldn’t determine the correct one. I took it into my own hands and found an 05 auto ecm and bought it. When i installed it the engine started with a little help and ran.. but wait, i went to press he accelerator pedal and nothing ha…

Researching I have found several people that say they got a complete rocker assembly set for $130 to $180. The best price I have found so far is about $450 for the set... anybody know where people are getting that price? Just put 6k into my truck and would rather not fork out another 500 bucks...

2005 dodge 2500 5.9 6 spd 4wd banks intake. Had a no start for a month but gas rag worked. Was p0251. Buddy of mine has a shop, would let me know. Over did it and pinned the tac-clutch went out. So no start and no clutch.Took another 2 wks to get a bay open to work on it. Got one open so started in gear to drive to shop (speed shift) but after 25 miles she just quit. Towed 2 miles to shop. Had a ton of codes put new regulator in. Still no go and a p0016. Cleared and it reset but no start. New cam/crank sensors New pressure limting-still no start. I figured I would post this for future reference since there is some doubt on this seal. If you ever have the rear output seal (rear driveshaft) go bad, the skf23000 works perfect. Napa is suppose to be able to have it but my local napa was worthless. I ended up buying one off amazon with overnight shipping for $20. Compared to the 50-60 mopar seal. You will need a 3-1/2" or 4" piece of pipe to install it. But it goes right in.

Has anyone tried one of the dash overlay if so what kind and brand and do u like the looks of it?
