honey bees and keeping them
I've got one nuc now installed into 8 frame hive boxes. Have two boxes already as they filled one within 3 weeks. I have another nuc coming mid May. Kind of a mean bunch. Tried working with limited protective equipment and that didn't work out. I can feel them hitting my veil. So they are a bit aggressive. Gotta start wearing my reading glasses under my veil as I cannot see the eggs or small larvae.

Frantz Filter being removed.
That's the hard part for me...knowing how much of the oil is being filtered and what's passing by the frantz system. I'm getting tired of loosing oil all over my fender well each paper change too. How many miles can you get out of an amsoil cartridge? Are there any cheaper alternatives to the amsoil cartridges that filter to the same level.

Do any of these spin on's have the filtering capacity of a roll of toilet paper?

Kid backed into my front bumper
What is the cooling unit on the left side front of radiator? I don't have air conditioning. Bumper pushed into it and dented it slightly. 15 mpg and totaled the 99 Acura. Me, I need a new bumper, grill and 2 headlights. Meeting the adjustor on Monday and will be compensated for the accident and will fix myself. I already have a CCP bumper kit to weld up. Probably should pressure test the intercool too. No fluid leaking.

I'm in the same boat mike. Plus spilling oil every time I change the paper. A spin on would be awesome. I got 900 miles till I hit 200k

removing fuel sending unit
Jag and i have toyed with the idea of a bed access kit. But have not done it yet.

The Uninvited Bees
Buy a veil and gloves and do it yourself. I've started beekeeping myself this year. You've already got a hive for free.

removing fuel sending unit
You can cut an opening in the bed. Makes it easy to do tank unit maintenance.

Most miles on factory original VP injection pump?
I've got 198,500 on mine and still rolling. Running 16-21 pressure and 2'cycle oil.

The Uninvited Bees
Problem with removing the hive is that you'd likely have to tear into your house to do so. Even treating them leaves stuff behind and does nothing about new bees moving in. Best to remove structure and expose. Remove bees and then rebuild so that they don't get back in. But cheapest thing is to kill em. Kind of a no mans land. Bee people are not contractors and contractors are not bee people's as a rule. But they do exist. Have to look around. But again more expensive than just nuking them.

Log Home oil treatments
Best is to have ample overhangs keeping rain off of logs. If i ever build another log home, it'll have like 6' overhangs and ample prows covering decks. What about 2 cycle oil? Works wonders on cummins rigs

Lift pump fail
But don't you need a lift pump besides the fuel boss?

JAG1 made it to my place.
Is your bad code gone now? I bet Michael could make quick work of converting my truck to stick shift.

Back up Cameras?
I feel your pain. I change trailers 2-3 times per week for work. I deserve a backup camera.

Back up Cameras?
Nice for turnarounds on Forest roads. See that you're not going over the edge.

Empty nest doesn't help, but that's not all of it. Thanks for your encouragement.

Power steering pump blew out! I am stuck in Denver (Arvada area) live in grand county need help!
$10 bucks is too much for membership On a site that folks are willing to save someone $100 tow fee and a fee for repairs. Not to mention the loss of time. A lot cheaper than AAA.

Troubles at home
I've got lots of friends here. But I'm sure open to discussion with him too. Plus my pastor is a close Friend. I'm the church treasurer, so very deeply connected with good christian people. Spiritual battles are an ongoing issue for Christians. Testing our resolve.

Troubles at home
Ever hear that christians who are truly doing gods work will have a target on their backs? Well, I'm having marital problems now. Not asking for anything from ok you guys. Just making you aware that there seems to be a price to pay here on earth for shoring up eternity with God. Job was tested to the point of loosing all his wealth and family. He passed the test from the devil with God's blessing. But he paid a hefty price for his obedience. Nobody said we have life here on earth better/easier than non christians. It's not easy to have beliefs and stay the course. But faith will get us to the next phase in life.

Subaru with CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission)
Must have been Lithia Subaru. We've had nothing but problems with them. The free car wash when the car is serviced looks terrible. Washed about half of each panel.

Valve seals
What about some vice grips to hold the valves up and in place? Then piston location would not be an issue.
