  1. I feel betrayed! I never got any sleeves with my new one Hey the Canadians make my favorite whiskey! Crown Royal
  2. You're right, it could have been worse! I usually power wash at the gas station because our pressure washer at home has too much pressure for paint (4,200 psi). So I make sure to keep the filter dry while washing.
  3. No idea. I stuck with my 2nd gen Rancho
  4. Stupid mistake... Here's how the night went: "Man it's 11:00pm here.... that truck sure looks dirty though.... Screw it I'm washing it!"
  5. Plenty of off road here. This was pulling a load of hay through an orchard which had ditches, humps, corregated rows, etc. There is also a deep water drain at my apartment for school which the truck gets twisted on a daily basis. Just like you're saying the cab sure likes to groan! It'll work, but won't be as effective because of the slop on the bolt. I made a sleeve out of solid stock on a lathe to make mine tight.
  6. Gentlemen, If you've got an open element filter and are using a plastic bag to keep the water out, make sure to take the plastic bag off of the filter BEFORE you try and start the truck. There goes $50 smh
  7. The pull to the right could be road slope?? As far as the brace, I haven't read anything about a box leaking from a brace??? Mine was put on at 75K and it's now over 200K. Maybe I'm just lucky. I also like how the box adds extra support between the frame rails at another location. The less the frame flexes the better.
  8. Negative.... Started in the 2013 HO models
  9. Yes.... But I hit something I wouldn't want to hit with a rock crawler Maybe a trophy truck! I'm pretty sure with the leveling kit it still bounced off of the bump stops. I think you'd be perfectly fine with some of it cut off of the end.
  10. For those who see this thread and do some off-roading, I would definitely recommend having some sort of leveling kit or cutting the stud off of pitman arm joint. On a stock height truck, a couple inches of deflection will cause the stud to hit the bar that runs between the two knuckles.
  11. Lower RPMs will typically raise the egts, especially on hills.
  12. They came in the 3500 and up HO trucks. If he wants a 2500 he's stuck with the 68.
  13. I've got the big skirts in my 02 as well. Pulled em from a local junk yard for free out of a 1500. Dang dodge for going cheap..... I really like the protection of the large ones instead of the little pieces of plastic.
  14. Rubber mallets work very well to knock those dents out! My 02 wasn't pretty when I got it but the fender wells are good and smooth now.
  15. You should be able to follow the video above.
  16. That's impressive for a ddrp. I wonder why it's acting goofy.
  17. What is your fuel pressure? AC noise is always good to check!
  18. Have you checked to see if the APPS is plugged in?
  19. It's always made me laugh when people say they rust-out and ruin the bed. I had a 96 Dakota that had one in it from the day my parents bought it with 15K. I got the truck at 120K and ran it to 150K. It was used to haul hay, wood, dirt, rocks, etc. When I pulled it out at 150K it looked just like yours!
  20. Should be able to push it toward 500 with a hot tune. If you remember my old setup ;)
  21. QUICKLY MULTIPLY BY INFINITY!!!! Ah crap it's too late.
  22. I'd look at the s362/68/12 SXE. It should move as much or more air than a 63 while spooling quickly. I hope you have the trans to hold it!
  23. Here she is. ( @Mopar1973Man the truck doesn't have a leveling kit, just tired springs!
  24. I've spoken with Jacob multiple times, and he has always said the 24V are popped to the same pressure and flow matched within 2% if I remember correctly. IDK why that wouldn't apply to the 12V as well.
