North Dakota State University Bison 4 peat championship run
Yep. Definitely have top bragging rights now. They are in a class of their own in the history of college football. http://www.ncaa.com/schools/north-dakota-st http://www.ncaa.com/game/football/fcs/2015/12/18/richmond-north-dakota-st https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/North_Dakota_State_Bison_football The North Dakota State Bison football program represents North Dakota State University in college football at the NCAA Division I Football Championship Subdivision level and competes in the Missouri Valley Football Conference. The Bison play in the 19,000 seat Fargodome located in Fargo, ND. The Bison have won 12 National Championships and 32 Conference Championships and are the four-time defending NCAA Division I-FCS National Champions (2011, 2012, 2013, 2014). NDSU has the record for the longest winning streak in Division I-FCS which stands at 33 consecutive games spanning from 2012 to 2014. It is also tied for the 3rd longest streak in NCAA football during the past 50 years.[1] In the final AP Football Poll of the 2013-14 season; after their third consecutive National Championship, North Dakota State finished with 17 votes which ranked them at #29 in all of D1 football, the highest of any team in the history of FCS football. Since 2011, the North Dakota State Bison have a record of 70-5 (.933) including an ongoing record 19 game playoff win streak, and have won 4 straight FCS championships (The only FCS team to do so), making them the most successful college football program this decade at any level. The Bison are 124-32 (.795) since moving to Division I in 2004. Since 1964, the Bison have had only 3 losing seasons and an overall record of 481-134-4 (.780) through that 52 year span, one of the best in all of college football. North Dakota State currently has more all time wins than any non-Ivy League FCS Program at nearly 700 all time wins. Of all teams established after 1894, only Oklahoma has won a higher percentage of their games than NDSU.

North Dakota State University Bison 4 peat championship run
Well our ND boys did it again, "The Herd has defeated Richmond 33-7 and advanced to the NCAA Championship game for the FIFTH consecutive year! NDSU vs Jacksonville State/Sam Houston for the 2015 NCAA National Championship on January 9th in Frisco, Texas!" Going for Championship #5...............................And they did it this year with a new coach, their #1 main quarter back out most of the season with an injury and a lot of fresh blood on the team this year as they graduated a lot of their seniors that took them there the last 4 years..................this my friends is true passion!!!!

Old forums
I cut my teeth on TDR as my first ever forum joined, was pretty active there until MDC started and then this forum, lucky if I check in once a year over on TDR anymore. Heck since I sold my 02 my diesel stuff has skidded to a halt, never have to work on the 05, just drive it other than adding the smarty touch a while back. Since deleting the wife's Jetta it is just drive the wheels off it now too. Closing in on 100K on the Hemi and it is purring like a kitten since having the tranny rebuilt last February.

Old forums
Have not looked into an old forum that I used to be involved in seems to no longer exsist. Midwest diesel connection seems to be history. That is where I first interacted with mm1973man over there. Had he not popped in over there I would have never known about his site. Just another piece of history now it seems. For those who never knew it, it as MNToms first diesel site and it was a very active site but there was some rumblings at one time and another member took over the site and Tom left to start his second Site that a lot here know about The diesel truck site http://dieseltrucksite.com/

Immunizations and environmental poisons including what the mother was exposed to while pregnant and what she chose to consume during such period are also a huge contributing factors, One of the biggest unreported epidemics now days is babies born addicted to prescription drugs and other drugs, pretty sad but true.

Snow Chain Advice
Chains aid in traction but have no effect on braking, from all the times I have run chains it is actually less reliable traction while braking but on the other hand there are so many different styles and types of strap on traction devices there are probably some that can help in braking, I am talking the old fashioned link type tire chains which are almost obsolete now days for road driving I would guess, have not looked into modern strap on traction devices in a few years for vehicles. heck they make a couple dozen different types for ag and industrial equipment tires alone.

Both the weight gain and ADD and ADHD are all food related, study after study the last few years have proven that a diet high in grains and refined sugars are what cause these. ADD and ADHD have been shown to be 100% curable with diet change alone time and again. During a check up last summer my resting metabolism was 2500 calories a day and I now eat about 1/3 of what I used to even now that I do an 45 minutes to an hour of working out every day because of the quality of food I eat now.

Snow Chain Advice
I have ran studded Firestone Winter force snow tires on the last 3 of my wife's front wheel drive cars and she can does and often passes most 4x4 pickups in all driving conditions, studs on a front wheel drive is an animal all around. She has only been stuck one time in the last nearly 20 years and that was when she got partially on top of a rock hard 2-3 foot deep drift and fell in and got her high centered. I realize you could not justify studded snow tires for a single trip but if it was me depending on conditions I would choose the front wheel drive with chains if on well travelled roads way more reliable than a 2wd pickup with chains unless you have a ton of weight in the box, but even then if it got icy the front wheel drive still got it beat by a long shot. In short get a set of chains for the highlander, best bet all around in many ways.

Ha ah that's my issue as well, all depends on the day sometimes I get measured @ 6'3 some days 6'2. Guess the shift work dead tired droop and varying gravity where I stand are the key factors.

Finally started working out again!
That is what I have found out by doing the BMI tests using the electrical machines and all that go with it to get a real reading, if one just plugs my info in on those BMI calculators it shows I am still overweight but by doing it the correct way determines actual frame weight and muscle mass weight and what is left over to determine body fat %. @ 6'3" and 200-202 range by using the calculator puts me @ 25.4 BMI which is overweight not knowing actual body composition. Using the calculators Idealy I should weigh 194-199 which would put me in the unhealthy bones sticking out category, Heck when I hit the workouts super hard about once every 5-6 weeks can get down to 196-198 and I am looking ripped but my ribs and a lot of other bones show up and make me look like a starving near dead animal with skin stretched over the skeleton.........not good.

Finally started working out again!
That is the kind of work I did 10-12 hours a day non stop and it didn't stop me from getting continually bigger, was rock headed about thinking I was getting a good enough of a work out doing heavy labor as well but it still caught me over the years, eating right and starting hard cardio is what reversed it, I was thick and muscled up but didn't have any cardio stamina.

Finally started working out again!
I dropped a bit over 80 lbs a bit over a year ago now and have kept it off and still do Body mass indexing and last one showed I had lost 90 lbs of inflammation and put about 10 lbs of muscle back on that I had lost with the weight. I had 1 lb more muscle weight than body frame weight which is according to my doctor text book perfect, and I was @ 17.5% body fat. I too work out at home bought a used ellipticle and that was my main exercise 1/2 hour 7 days a week along with push ups sit ups and stretching then a friend gave me an old used total gym I incorporated into my weekly routine and about 8 months in took up running and now recently bought a used treadmill to keep my routine going when the weather isn't cooperative. Come January 6 It will make 2 years of my lifestyle change and as of the 10th of January I will have gone 2 full years without missing a single day of working out. I cut out grain starting with bread all wheat, pasta and corn products to start with then about 6 months in quit beer and all other foods containing grains, unless something has rice protein or some things may have some flax, oats or other non GMO non Gluten containing grains as an ingredient I try not to eat if I can help it but will eat an occasional rice crispy bar but that is the extent of my grain consumption now days. I also substituted dairy milk and creamers for almond and coconut milk and creamers as well. I do not do free weights only my own body weight resistance as I lost a lot of body mass and do not to replace one form of weight mass with another, I am loving the look and feel of the long lean muscle mass I now have. Keep it up, it is hard work but once the habit of good living is made it gets easier and then is habit and not even work anymore.

wanting to move.
What type of painting? Reason I ask is the job market is still really strong here in ND for most things but most are not interested in this area due to stigmas and rumors. Water is something we have lots of in many forms. hundreds of small to mid sized lakes several huge lakes and rivers. Lake Sakakawea is the 3rd largest man made lake in North America behind only Mead and Powell. It has only 10 miles less total shoreline that the entire state of Florida to give you an idea of its size. Seeing your new edits you could easily find a good job here with your skills as would your wife in pretty much any corner of the state you choose.

Winter is coming
I know, I was down there for just shy of a week the beginning of August this year. Couldn't put the top down on the convertible as it was too darn hot. Coolest I saw in the 5 days there in the Dallas area was upper 80's one morning and 105+ every day and muggy.

Winter is coming
I saw a VW Beetle convertible here in ND a week and a half ago driving around with the top down in 30* temps. In mine if driving around town it is ok to around 50 with a lite jacket or on the open road with heater cranked @ about 60 but gets a bit too uncomfy chilly beyond that without putting on heavier cloths.

B-1 Bomber For Sale A B1 bomber was in here ( Billings , MT ) doing practice approaches and touch and go's. On one of the landings the pilot sets his brakes on fire. He taxis in, and the airport parks him on a taxiway and then puts cones around him until parts and mechanics can be brought in from Ellsworth AFB, Rapid City SD,the next day. The next day is a Saturday, which doesn't have much going on, so we get to laughing in the tower that maybe somebody should hang a For Sale sign on the plane. We convince one of our guys who's well known for doing things like this that it would be a good idea. So he takes off for the hardware store to buy a For Sale sign. On the way back he stops at a car dealer and gets one of those "As is/No Warranty" signs that hang in all used cars. On that sign was written something like low miles, new engines, needs brakes and tires. Those signs were taped together, and off goes our hero. He climbs over the fence, leaving some skin on the b! arbed wire, and makes his way the 1000 feet or so to the aircraft. As he's doing that, we see a couple of airport vehicles starting to gather with the recently arrived mechanics as well as the plane's crew. Not looking good for our intrepid airplane salesman. He gets to the nose wheel and tapes the sign to the nose strut. Then he starts to make his way back from the plane as the vehicles start to head out from the shop on the way to the bomber. Somehow he makes it without being seen. The vehicles arrive at the plane, and of course notice the sign right away. The Air Force guys are in stitches, funniest thing they've seen in a long time. Airport guys are not sure what to think. Airport management is livid as they've been tasked with security. Pretty soon a camera appears and all the Air Force guys are taking pictures of each other by the sign. Our hero is back in the tower now, and notices the bomber's commander is talking on a cell phone. Our guy gets on the radio to the airport truck and asks for that guy's phone number. As soon as he finishes that call, our guy calls the aircraft commander. When he answers, our guy says "I'm calling about the plane you have for sale." Aircraft commander about falls over from the laughter. It just so happened that the chief photographer for our local newspaper is a pilot and he may have been called prior to the sign being placed. He was told to get up here with a big lens. Here's one of the pics he got: http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3415/3315809933_35fa96d641_o.jpg An article showed on the front page of the Sunday paper. When that came out, the Colonel running Ellsworth called the airport director and read him the riot act, wondering what kind of dog and pony show he was running up there. We were later informed by the crew that the sign was framed and is now permanently mounted inside the aircraft. Hard to have that kind of fun anymore.- Are you living in the area of isis' hit list?
Pretty broad brush to paint there. Take My father as an example, he was an only child and my grand father had a 5k acre farm to run, what then? This is just to get the thinker going as to making it 100% broad stroke that everyone must do it. Having 25 years in the work force and actively worked with many many ex military members with "Specialty" skills is not something to brag about, I have seen it personally many times and have work places where they had been burned by hiring so called "Specialists" in certain areas where they were the most worthless folks on the job, training and skills lacked big time coming out of the military. Some got it many do not. I purposely did not join the military as I coming from a large farm and having been in control of my own life would not have done good at all taking orders from someone I do not know or respect. I would have been kicked out within hours of someone being in my face, I am of the "Give me a job and get out of my way type of guy" Not a give me orders and micro- manage me while its being done personality. I have tried to edit my post several times and add more info but it keeps disappearing when I submit it WTH??? Guess I have to do it this way. I also know many many folks coming from the more advanced positions of certain branches like air force, navy and coast guard with superb skills who do excellent in the civilian work life and are some of the most successful folks I know as well. - Winter is coming
