  1. I am a big hater of ats. Too many horror stories of their products not doing what they advertise. Like i said call erick and he will tell you what works with your setup and your goals
  2. Actually the airdog is now a different design. I havnt had a chance to test one yet. Im not a real big fan of fass either. At this point I think a mechanical pump is the best. I also have a fuelab on a pickup and so far havnt had any problem with it even in the cold.
  3. Call erick at browns diesel 559-867-1111. Tell him seth sent ya and he will hook you up with the right turbo
  4. Randy is who I ordered it through. I will see how this winter holds up
  5. I used amalgamated last year and it didnt help me. But I think my biggest issue was my airdog gelling up. My dad has been using it for 5 years and hasnt gelled up. About a dozen people I know bought some with me last time I ordered, and only had a couple gel up. My buddy used it once and he gelled. Ever since then he has used stanadyne and hasnt gelled. So its really hit and miss
  6. Do not buy glowshift. You get what you pay for which is junk. I have installed three sets of them and almost every gauge has been warrantied at least once. Spend the extra money and get isspros
  7. Inline with hose and any home improvement store will have then. I also pulled the handles so nobody could reach down and turn them off
  8. I put ball valves on both sides of the pump so I could shut them off. I dont like using vise grips but I have used them but surrounded the hose with a rag or a small piece of cardboard
  9. Why should they have to pay for it? Thats just like saying dodge should have to pay for a trans or an engine because you thought 200hp over stock was needed.
  10. I keep telling people its super simple to enable it and that you dont flash the computer but nobody believes me
  11. Its just easier to pull the t-case. And they are super simple to tear apart.
  12. The throttle is true. On my 02 my apps was going bad because I could see my throttle position on my adrenaline monitor, and every once in awhile would show 1% and my high idle wouldnt work
  13. Its not airdogs fault. Fass does the same thing. They actually have a kit with a small heater.
  14. On the 3rd gens they dont work unless you ground out a wire
  15. The problem is the coolant wont help until the the engine warms up. You need to do something while the pickup is sitting. Thats why I say heat tape wrapped around the filter and lines with foam insulation around the lines. Also something like an emergeny blanket wrapped around the pump and filters
  16. Im an idiot. It worked on my 02 6speed. Man im forgetting too much stuff
  17. 99% of the time its the rear wheel speed sensor. I have only seen one or two front wheel speed sensors go bsd and when they do its usually caused by a bad hub. I would get codes pulled to see what is actually wrong
  18. I use the torque app all the time on multiple vehicles. Im not smart enough to do the pids
  19. Did any of those shut off when this happened?
  20. How much stuff do you have on your key ring? To me it sounds like an ignition issue. Did you have the fan running or radio on? Or could be a connector issue
  21. It counts rotations for your vehicle speed (mph) not engine speed (rpms)
  22. A rear wheel speed sensor has nothing to do with the tach
