installing a fuel boss
I've had a fuel boss for a few years now and I have a stock LP still in place on the block. I have heard of others using a drill to prime the system, but I haven't done it myself. I don't see how I could get one in there, to spin the pump there isn't enough room...but maybe I am missing something.

Great Songs
I'm usually not a fan of new versions but this isn't too bad.

How to check fuel pressure
Depending on the year of your truck you may have a Schrader valve at the input line on the VP. This will only check the pressure coming out of the LP. If you are wanting to check the pressure coming out of the VP then I am not the one to answer that.

Lets see who you are!
@Dynamic You peaked my interest with this chronograph. The range that I go to doesn't allow for a the traditional optical chronos that are set up in front of the gun (mainly due to set up time or crossing the red line.) I bit the bullet and bought the Labradar and used for the first time yesterday. It's the BEES-KNEES!!. I can't believe the info that it collects and provides. With this data I can rule out loads that are not as consistent and work with those that have greater potential. My wife wasn't too excited about the purchase, but I think she'll be ok.

Is there a check engine light and have you checked for trouble codes?

Steering Gearbox reseal...
1994-2001 and 2000-2002?? There is some overlap there? So a 2000 and 2001 could go either part number?

I got mine from Rock Auto a few years back and I have been happy with them.

Starting issues
Did you only replace 1 battery? You ought to change out both of them at the same time, even if the one you kept checked good.

Towing a 3500 after major breakdown.
My VP44 died on me about 20 miles from home. I called a couple of towing companies and ended up paying $70 for the tow, I was in my driveway within an hour. The company had no problem getting me a truck that could haul my dually.

Great Songs
That is an interesting cover, but I now feel like I have cheated on Garth Brooks.

04 F250 Cummins swap
I'm not any help with the issues you're having, but I like the paint on that motor. How long did it take to complete all of this?

High idle switch kit 2 part question
If your ECM has not had the High Idle feature enabled this switch will do nothing. You can take it to a dealer and see if they know what you are talking about or rent a smarty and do it yourself.

Lets see who you are!
What are you using to calculate velocity? I've had my eye on this barrel mounted chronograph. https://www.amazon.com/Magnetospeed-Sporter-Barrel-Mount-Chronograph/dp/B00VTZXF8Y/ref=pd_sim_200_86?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=40XC0GX1B4S5SE4PV207

Lets see who you are!
@Dynamic I'll have to go home and look at the specifics. I have been using 168gr Noslers. I can't remember which powder I used on my last run, but I have only been neck sizing. .015"-.020" off the lands seems to be the sweet spot for the load I was using, but this next run I want to play with that a bit more. I only have maybe 50 rounds through this gun, but I was able to get 3 rounds touching at 100 yds. Pretty happy with it so far. Monday I put a new Vortex HST scope on it. I need to get familiar with it before the hunts begin next month.

Lets see who you are!
I like it. I bought a .300 Win Mag last year and love it. The options for reloading are almost endless. I spent last night getting my brass prepped for reloading.

Lets see who you are!
Here are a few of my boys from last week. We spent the week at the county fair showing and selling the animals that they spent the summer raising. They each did awesome and they had a great time.

Fuel Line Upgrade Question 2001 Cummins
I kept the 3/8" line as well. If I saw a drop in fuel pressure with acceleration I'd consider going to 1/2", but I don't have that issue.

Fuel line "T" fitting leaks
I've used this and it worked really well. My T-fitting weeped a little and this stopped that. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003XZB54O/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
