Surging when speed sensor is plugged in
might want to hook up the speed sensor and disconnect the charging wire on the alternator and do a short test and see if the problem goes away.

4X4 bearing Hubs and ABS Discussion....
On my trailer and rear wheels I have added pressure/temperature sensors. The TPMS sensors came as a set of 6, an unusual high temp can indicate a bad bearing.. This may be a good choice for our trucks. and I may now move the 2 extra sensors I have on my two rear tires of the truck to the front and that may give me a sign of a bearing in its way out. Just a thought

Poor gas mileage
that maybe a good combination I run 33's on my offroad buggy I am sure they are not too much for the Dodge. I think that is a good compromise.
-
Poor gas mileage
I went to 35 in tires and the mileage dropped, I bought a crashed 99 Ram with 4:10 gears and 80k motor and DTT transmission and exhaust brake Cheap used the 4:10 gears in my 98.5 ram and it is a good combo but the extra tire size and weight doesn't back into the good mileage arena. I guess you give up a lot for the look. and now all set up for my 5th wheel so i will leave it alone. I do still have the engine and trans to sell in so. California. bought it when both my boy and I had the same truck and he now has a 3rd gen dodge ram

New A/C Compressor, Orifice Tube, and Accumulator, and now clutch wont engage.
best possible vacuum but heat is your friend, the more heat the better you will boil out the moisture, and it is also helpfull to evacuate and refitll to 1 or 2 psi repull a vacuum to help move the moisture out. Not as critical as a freezer that run in the minus 20s.

New A/C Compressor, Orifice Tube, and Accumulator, and now clutch wont engage.
It will be OK, but don't leave run it can ice up the evaporate, but will help to figure out what to do next

the plug on top of the canister is the low pressure switch. the next thing I would do is take a OHM reading accross the terminals on the clutch coil. and or check for 12 volts at the plug going to the clutch. let us know what you get

question, you are reading 120 psi on the low side? (fill connection) did you evacuate the system, I would jumper the low pressure switch that is on accumulator to see if the compressor comes on. (paper clip accros the connections of the low side switch) for starters.

I’m a Newbie and need help
We run Chevy ecotec motors, with chain timing belts, and do not have the exhaust at the bottom like the Subarus and mainly because we have been able to get the motors for $500 and keep and extra one for replacement, Cost 3-$5000 and more for the transaxle and we still run an 091 Bus 6 Rib not hard to spend $10,000 if you go to a Mindeola transaxle. I am hearing that some people are running Subaru transacles with a 5 speed. Some people are running the Honda V6 motors a lot more power and cost and better chance of reaching the limits of the transaxle. Just got it back together with a fully built 091 transaxle, with the gearing change I have bigger bfg's going on the front and rear. They have 4 wheel disc brakes and power steering.

thought it would be appropriate to show my dodge ram pulling my buggy to the desert, and a picture of a full RARE day after a big rain in the desert Dove Spring in Red Rock State Park. Just replaced the 091 trans with a fully built 091 trans so with the lower gears will come bigger tires ready to mount and better offroad ability. and a picture of the Colorado River at the start of a 3 day run through the Mojave Trail from the Avi hotel in Nevada to Barstow. The blue one is my boys our first build and many since. We run chevy ecotec motors, very reliable.

What about silicone fuel line hose, I am using green transparent silicone fuel line hose for a fuel gage on my bajabug aluminum fuel tank. this stuff is great alway flexable and I attach it with 1/4 quick connects. This is the same stuff sold for fuel lines for small engines.

Control center rat trap on top
just removed a mouse decomposed in my electric shock trap from the basement of the trailer just after adding moth ball for the first time. MY next move is to do as someone I met today is using is a light that goes on at dawn and off in the mourning. one for under the hood of my Dodge and one for the underside of my 5th wheel. see what happens
-
Control center rat trap on top
I have had to resort to leaving my hood open on my truck there are nest in there all the time. not the best solution a get rust on some of the metal part and I live in the desert. but better than eating up the computer wiring.

Apps going bad? No codes
I do not think it matters if it lags behind what you want to see nice round curves as you accelerate and deaccelerate and you do not want to see any sudden fall or rises clitches in the graph. I did this with a picoscope on my toyota the flat top is where I held the throttle wide open. I was able to do this without the motor running by back probing the tps with the ignition on.

Ready to do a fuel system
I have had my AD for 8-9 years no. never an issue, had my truck one week and would not start one mourning and had no fuel pressue from the lift pump put BU it in that week and have a mechanical gage under the truck and an electric gage in the cab. runs 17 psi BUT for a while the AD was having some issue with there quality control not sure if they are now top notch or not
