I had about 25k on my injectors with 350 and 330 bar. some 80+ days and some 0 days. Highway towing etc. I think 340 is too high. I think 330 was about right for my application. I seen a pretty big difference going to 330 from stock, but not a huge amount going from 330 to 350, and there were draw backs at 350 like you are seeing. I really dont see how it could wear more truthfully. The pump is going to create WAY more pressure during the stroke than the pop pressure. Remember Bosch says 327 bar is within spec.

Worth noting that the tune is not based on stock injectors. So the Eco tune on a stock injector truck will be dog slow

ambient temps / humidity etc Turbo isn't involved as the engine is near idle.

That's pretty normal for those size injectors.

smoke at idle is injectors alone. turbo doesnt matter and oem fueling does a good job of only commanding enough fuel for idle.

Idle smoke is all oem fueling. the quad does not adjust idle state fueling as the ecm just adds more fuel as fast as we pull it. your tune takes over once rpm come above 1000 rpm and tpm is > 0

What did the tune end up as and what is the truck doing?

Buy a 10 psi pressure switch and make one.

Ship date is 7-4-18 so we may get it mid to late july.

I wouldn't I doubt the issue is related to that . If it is then the damage is already done and the ground mod wont help.

any of them will work, just setup the gauges for all the sensors it reports.

yes, install an app like torque and setup gauges for TPS, voltage, mph, load, etc etc. ANY sensor value, show it and watch for anything weird. I would not count on an aftermarket ECM being any good. They are a HARD part to find a good one of.

Please tell us EXACTLY what the WTS light does when you key on. When does it turn on and off?

What does the wait to start light do when you key on? In terms of light up etc, how many seconds does it to do each step?

I think to track this down you are going to need a method to see sensor data when it happens. What year it the truck?

Does it ever go away or is it as simple as, if you are using throttle it is bucking and if you are at 0% tps then it doesn't buck?

How are you scanning for codes?

How are you scanning for codes? Do you have anyway to track sensor data to see the values they are reporting?

If it happens in first we can rule out TC lockup issues. does your truck have smoke, white or blakc when this happens?

Does it do it in first gear?
