Quadzilla V2 Custom Tunes
Backdowns will pull canbua fueling to keep egts in check.

He is using boost or egt defuels causing the backdowns to go into place which pull fuel. He is not having egt issues as it looks like he is struggling to top1300* What are your egt issues? There is no reason to have egt issues with stock turbo and injectors.

The graph looks better, but you are still needing to use a ton of backdown. I would drop your wiretap to 1200-1400 and see how it is. You don't have air for 1800 us of wiretap. looks like EGT's are pretty good. Idealy I would like to see canbus stuck at 4095 at WOT and egt's and boost stable without needing backdown. Note how canbus is in the ~3000 area during the WOT pull. I know that wiretap is making up for that, but you dont want that. I would set pump low boost scale to ~10 psi so that you rely on canbus fueling down low and wiretap starts to come on at high PSI. Set the limit at a PSI you are not steady at often. If you are just "passing by" that psi then you won't feel the wiretap come on.

No traction on the boat ramp! What!?!
I am assuming this is a 2wd truck? I didn't even bother trying 2wd when pulling a boat out last time. Weight in the bed or better tires for wet surfaces. concrete's coefficient of friction is really low when wet.

Raptor Fuel Pump
Doubt it is worth the time. I don't know if you can source the commonly failed seal

Edge not talking to ecm or ecm not talking to edge?
id pull the edge completely and put the truck back to stock electrically. p0237 is a common code if the edge is plugged into the map, but the box is disconnected from the harness or if the boost fooling function is busted in the edge.

Might try less fuel stretch if it pops only on lvl 5. with 7 x .012's you really dont need much wiretap to make a huge difference.

Fuel economy on iQuad
I would suggest that the app side does an average over time rather than offloading to the box for it. The ECO gauge needs a MM3 resolution to be accurate, when you consider that 40 gallons = 150000000 mm3 it bcomes hard to average that and send it across the bluetooth.

Edge Juice with Attitude CTS2??
Your trans is not gonna like it, but lvl2 should be no different than the superchips.

Fuel economy on iQuad
"should" make is a big guess. one tire makers 265/75/16 might be .25" taller than another, which = a good bit difference when you consider a mile of revs. That's why the smarty isn't exact as well as the iquad app etc. Turn the gps on the phone one, get a speedo app, and adjust hte tire size in the iquad app until you are correct.

Fuel economy on iQuad
eco gauge is based purely off of the duration command related to injector size ( offset) to calc a MM3 worth of fuel per stroke of the vp44. It uses tire size / gears / trans to calc mph then mm3 used at that point vs mph to give you mpg. It is pretty darn close if it is setup right. Ensure tire size is right, then set offiset to be ~%125 for 7 x .0085

New SO vp44 in HO truck, doesn’t feel the same
Guessing you have a weak SO pump if you are having these issues after install. the ho pump should have a little more go right off idle, but the SO with a programmer should be nearly the same down low and catch up by the meat of the power band.

Treadwright Remold Tires
I ran wardens for awhile, mostly towing. No issues or complaints.

Turn signal is driving me BANANAS!
Sounds like a short to me if there is another bulb blinking at the same tine

dont believe your butt dyno. I have recorded nearly no difference in 0-60 times when going from a %100 clean tune to an overfueled tune. The overfueled tune feels faster, but it really isn't much if at all when I look at the logging.

Good tune for 7x.010 63mm turbo truck
Peak power is a result of peak timing and peak duration. You can't go above %100 timing or %100 duration. So peak power is about the same on all good tunes. Under the curve drivability is what the tune does for you. Fuel stretch needed will depend on your injectors and air setup. You might make more power with less fuel stretch

Quad 4K tuning help
look through the big injector tunes. The 4k tunes are nearly the same with 2 more timing settings, but I am guessing you want timing maxed out by 3500 rpm.

The quad will pull as much fuel as needed to keep egts in check. With tuning you will not have to worry about egts. I could go wot up i70 and hold 1200* towing with 7 x12 and a he 351ve. But that was with no wiretap The quad will pull as much fuel as needed to keep egts in check. With tuning you will not have to worry about egts. Well you only have air for ~525 hp. More fuel than you can use won't do much good. Going from 1800 to 1200 wot be near as noticeable as defueling pulling %70 of possible duration.

I would try and build your fueling curves to keep the turbo in it's map first. Do a pull on lvl 3 post the datalog and we can look at it and figure out if you need wiretap and how much. You might end up only using wiretap above 30 psi and only 1200 max of it.
-
Quadzilla V2 Custom Tunes
turn that down to 1200. You have enough injector to need nearly no wiretap. Also what is your map on the 62 good too? I am guessing 60 psi is out of it's map.
-
Quadzilla V2 Custom Tunes
how much wiretap are you using? I would turn that down as much as possible rather than using defuels.

Theres and article for that @cumminsVP2001 One thing I did notice in your logs is you are trying to limit boost to ~45 psi? I see the quad pulling %70 of fueling up top The truck would REALLY scream if you turned off your boost limit
