not that I am aware of. since we know everything we need to know about controlling the turbo via canbus there isn't much point in my mind. Using Can controlled signals you can increase the vein position one position at a time for the whole 0-1000 range. Open to new ideas if you have them though.

Apps won't have anything to do with the pcm picking up odd mph readings. I would chase the wires from the rear sensor to the pcm and verify that there is no corrosion.

My coworker runs those michelin's and he likes them. Too rich for my blood. I have been running Kenda Kevlar k29's 235-85-16 for about 5k now. I like them and they were ~$400 shipped plus another $60 to mount and balance. They are heavy, but they grip well and seem to handle the dirt mountain roads/trails I find well.

got ya. Yea sounds like your truck is defueling for a top speed limiter. Have you replaced the tranny speed sensor? I would also check the wire junction near the drivers front tire. It tends to get a ton of abuse and that can cause shorting issues.

Is the edge set to display alert for speed? Can you disable it? Where does the edge read speed from ( question for edge) I would guess that the issue has to do with the edge though. If the speedo reads right then I wouldn't think there is an issue. I am unaware of any "alert" the trucks computer sends out. top speed limiter?

Drive to your local parts store and ask to borrow their scanner.

Wow that terrible support for their product. DDP injectors are said to be a little dirty compared to some of the other builders. I would install the injectors and see how they do. Adjust your driving style to fit. Beyond that, check for boost leaks, and then I guess you could either look for cleaner injectors or a different VP

Do you have anything doing boost fooling? If not that is what you feel it cut back.

I tow with the EGT gauge when it comes to when to kick it out of OD. next question is what mods do you have in your tranny? It puts a TON of stress on the converter lockup clutch to tow in OD if you are on the throttle. Sure the engine can pull it, but can the tranny hold it?

wow that is odd. Let me mull it over. Let me clearify for my thought process -using the lockup switch alone works fine -Code/light happens when you disable OD - once in 3rd with the tc locked you cannot upshift ( unclick OD disable right?) until you unlock the TC? Side note I was thinking about adding a TC lockup light also.

Here is a gearing calc I put together. depending on what you use your truck for you will need to go with 4.56 or 4.10's I doubt you could tow well with 4.10's as the rpms at 55 are to low at 1400. you would have to leave it in 3rd. mopar1973man gearing calc.xlsx

I just wish Dodge made a truck 4 door version. Every day I 1.open Craigslist 2. search for 95-97 obs f350 CCLB with a blown 460/7.3/auto/5speed 3. Get super disappointed. Hopefully someday I will find a good shell to scrap dodge body.

How often does your map read not 0 psi at idle? sounds like it is time for a new sensor to me.
