  1. Think we need a thread showing how to do a battery shut off set up . ISX..wanna run out and do it up? Seems you're always the one making the vids
  2. I plan on doing something in the spring with my truck to keep the rear from sagging when I tow my gooseneck but i'm undecided to do springs or airbags. I was wondering if anyone on here using airbags has the plastic inner fenders in the wheelwells of their box. I don't want to buy a set to find out I can't use the inner fenders liner.

  5. Good spot to start a program for over populated prison systems. Take a full prison and transport all the prisoners to the island.Have no food on the island for three weeks and then fly over with a helicopter and hover so they all gather. Then drop a double patty hamburger with the works. The rest will take care of itself

  7. So are you saying people have to start believing in God and things will get better? How do you get these people in the world that lie, cheat , steal and hurt others for their own benefit, to change? Impossible IMO. Corruption has gone so far and led by example from our gov't that people do what they feel they need to do to survive. I strongly feel the goverment is one of the biggest parasites and things cannot change until people feel treated fairly and are not struggling to live due to overspending and constantly being taken from by their leaders.I feel the biggest parasite is the gov't, because in the grand scheme of things, they are the ones that controls what goes on in the countiresBTW... I am a believer in God. It's sad that the world has come to where alot of people are scared to even admit that anymore because most will call you an idiot for saying it simply because it's not what they believe in..
  8. I refer to the Gov't, or I should say most of them as legalized Mafia. If you and I are caught stealing we go to court, then sometimes go to jail. Where I live ,about 6 years ago they uncovered a big scandal where alot of the local politicians were found to be buying big screen televisions, generators for their home, laptops and many other expensive items, What happened to them was the gov't, the same people they sit and hang with , was in charge of the investigation and the outcome was nothing. They made excuses as to why they bought the items and that was the end of it. And they wonder why so many peple have no faith in their leaders anymore.I bought my own Tv and my own generator and I know I didn't rob from others to get it...I worked for it.
  9. I say go for the Michelins...because it keeps me in a job !
  10. I agree with you, but sadly I think it's gone to far to bring it back. Yes I like money, and the luxuries it enables you to get, but I don't think I could live with the guilt if I knew I was going against proper morales and not doing what people put their trust in me for just for my own benefit. Respect is more valuable to me as I would rather be remembered as a decent honest person that kept my word to people, then the guy that lied and had alot of money. When my judgement day comes, I want to hopefully be seen as worthy of acceptance..and a believer
  11. Reading these posts I have to say to you guys, your country isn't the only one going through this. Canada's politicians are a bunch of idiots too! I truly believe alot of these new people that run for gov't jobs do actually have good intentions going into it but once they are in, the older corrupt ones are soon to point to the door telling them they will be out in a very timely manner if they start to casue trouble going against the rest of them. Can you imagine how great our countries would and could be if we had honest people, that weren't spoiled rich from the start or that didn't have companies that benefit from gov't money, but just wanted to get in there to make their country the best and most desirable place on the planet to live.Sending billions to other countries which is nice, but my god you have people that live in your own country that cannot afford housing, food, medical care! Wouldn't it make more sense to look after your own people first and then help the others if you can? Our countries could be awesome if we had honest hard working people running them. Also amazes me how they work a few years and draw almost $100 k /year pensions, you work all your life and struggle off what they give you unless you saved on the side. I could go on forever..makes me sick, gets me aggravated!:banghead:
  12. Thanks for the help. I was hoping to get one like you have that hooks right fast to my existing, and I thought some were that way but wasn't sure. I'm guessing by looking at that pic that the d/p is shorter than my d/p on my MBRP and may mean hacking my exhaust, which if is the case i'll most likely pass on it. I'll crawl under tomorrow and look . Thanks again
  13. So i'm curious as to yours Mike, did you have to use the downpipe or is your brake the same length as the elbow on the turbo the brake replaces? Wondered if all exhaust brakes are longer then the elbow on the turbos and need the downpipe, or just Bank's brakes
  14. I'm thinking this brake will fit mine, and I shouldn't really have to have the downpipe? I have 4" MBRP from the turbo back on mine now, and this looks like it also fits an HX from my 02 ? Buddy isn't quite sure if it's all there, thought maybe you could tell by the pictures since you have one on your truck http://www.cumminsforum.com/forum/98-5-02-2nd-gen-all-products/547752-banks-exhaust-brake-f-s-edmonton-ab.html - - - Updated - - - I guess I shoudn't have just asked Mike on this seeing others are running the brakes too :banghead:. Anyone else want to chime in?
  15. I'm sitting here almost 4 am watching this..and LMAO! After reading about him zooming in on the bike, I kept watching for it, the more I saw it , the funnier it got! I would've busted a gut if at the end he went back and the bike was gone . Btw, I think I would've left the buggy, or whatever you call it running for as hard as it was to get it going!
  16. Keep your eyes open for a used one. I looked around and found mine used. It's a 5 ft cut and I was able to get it for $300.
  17. Do you have any rear hydraulic hook ups mounted on the rear anywhere that you could gear up a hydaulic chute?
  18. . Sorry to laugh but it's funny they do that to their customers, eventually it will catch up to them. Cut your losses and move on to something better, you'll forget all about them when you get something that works right and you're not messing with it all the time
  19. Very Nice tractor Wild and free, looks to be in very good shape.:thumbup2:Has that got the mid PTO for mounting a mower deck on it?Looking at your blower, you may want to consider lenghtening out the crank handle, unless you can reach it from the seat easier then it appears? Canopy will be nice this winter too if you plow in drizzle. I bought my Kubota about 3 years ago, one of the best things I have ever purchased. Should've done it 20 years ago when I built my house, but funds weren't there
  20. Are you to the point where you keep hearing," Let me check with the techs and i'll get back to you"?
  21. Different year truck, an only had the XZT, but I also had issues that Jeremy said he'd help figure out. After a while his emails came less and less until I finally gave up on him, which is probably what they were hoping for. I ditched it and bought an Edge and never looked back. Good luck with him
  22. I'm actually trying to decide before next summer how i'm going to replace my wood furace and with what. I am looking at the in ground heat source (Geothermal) and here's what I'm comparing . Now I spend $280/2 months power, $6-700/year firewood, around $6-800/oil (oil fired hot water). Never priced stuff out yet but I have to replace my wood/oil combo next year due to rotting out(cant be welded), oil tank needs replacing and my current heat pump for cooling is getting old and not efficient.Roughly I spend $3000+-/year now for all I use, i'm figuring Geo will run me roughly the same with good heating, cooling and supply hot water all winter, some in summer when I'm using cooling. Geo will be about double the cost of replacing my stuff that needs to be replaced, but no wood, no mess, cheaper insurance, no worrying about flu fires(even tho i've never had one yet), no chimney repairs...it's alot of pros to think about
  23. Was kind of thinking of sending for the code to Hot Unlock mine, but i'm wondering how much difference I'll actually notice and if it's worth the $100. Anyone here have any opinions on theirs if they did it? I also thought I read before Edge sometimes puts it on a bit cheaper but
