  1. Seems I see a new "my raptor pump is dead" thread everyday. I dont think I would be being anything from pureflow but I know with everyone bad one there is probably 1000 good ones.
  2. You can call it in on some of the boxes but the comp has no usb so it needs to be sent in. When I get ready to I will keep him in mind.
  3. Remove the 4 or 5 8mm bolts holding the lines to the head and then you have a little wiggle room. I dont bend the lines but just put a little pressure on them and they will move. Back the tubes out with a small flat screwdriver and then pop out the injectors. Thread a valve cover bolt into the injectors and pop them out with a pair of bent head needle nose pliers. You only have to remove the 8mm injector hold down bolt that is closest to the exhaust valve ( one on the left).
  4. Its supposed to fuel to 3200 rpm where the comp and juice kinda fall flat after 2700. Next time edge has the hot unlock for half price ($50), im gonna send mine in.
  5. Im sorry, I should have been more clear. I remove the lines from the injectors and back the tubes out a little but I dont remove the lines from the head or the pump. If its your first time to do them, then I would get new o-rings for the connector tubes too.
  6. I have done it in as little as 1 hr but like to take about 2 and not rush. I never removed my injector lines either.
  7. Since your manual trans guy, what are your thoughts on overfilling the nv5600 transmission?
  8. I like my edge comp. Why not keep the superchips and add some bigger injectors?
  9. To many factors to get a "normal" reading. Turbo, fuel, and everything else inbetween. Those numbers sound fine to me though.
  10. Its got to be a fuse. You check all the interior fuses on the driver side of the dash?

  12. If your lift pump is week you may not get any suction back to fire it. I would try loosening #1 #3 and #5 and see if you can get it to fire.
  13. This is a great looking settup, if my fass dies, im going to call DTT.
  14. Mine has leaked since I bought the truck 5 years ago but it doesnt get on the driveway and only loose about 1 qt per oil change so maybe its something else leaking.
  15. It only got to 90 here today but with 66% humidity.
  16. Good to hear, I installed his alternator rebuild kit but need to do the pump kit too.
  17. Let the compressore build up the air and set the regulator to 10-15 psi and then hook it up.
  18. Look at 255/85/16, they are taller, just a little wider and look really good.

  23. Suncoast make great units and as bad as I want a Garmon, there is a very reputable builder 15 minutes from me that uses suncoast parts. What about swapping to a G56, they still make and use this trans so parts shouldnt be hard to come by.
  24. I have terminal cleaner and protectant spray too but I just wonder it it would work? I just put military terminals on my cables and they seem to be stout pieces without bending.
  25. I wonder if plasti-dip would work good for battery terminals? I have never used it but a buddy just sprayed hs grill and I think it would work good for protecting terminals. What says the rest of you cummins owners?
