Mine went in really easy, just loosening all the blue clamps. --- Update to the previous post... Got my leaks fixed.

Boost leak!
I dont want to mess with the lines so I will do like you said. Called cummins and they have one so I guess im going back. --- Update to the previous post... Got it out without pulling any lines, just loosened the clamps on the lines. Do I need to put a little silicone on the bolts when I put it back together?

Boost leak!
Ok, the guy at cummins couldnt find it when I went an hr ago but I just taked to another parts guy and he found it. I dont have to pull the lines off or anything? Probably the five 8mm bolts that hold the lines to the plenum?

Boost leak!
I got a small piece of 3" pipe, cap and 3" fernco and it took a screwdriver and I nearly broke my finger nail half way off getting them together. --- Update to the previous post... Ok, I have a huge leak inbetween the intake plenum and head I guess. I just went and got new gaskets for under and over the grid heater and the leak is still there. Its on the valve cover side so I cant pinpoint the exact spot but its got to be from under the plenum. Is there a gasket under there?

New Injectors
Did you get them from Jacob at DAP? Looking into getting my grandpa a set from them but there are 2 to choose from, house brand and bosch. I have dont probably a dozen sets of injectors and I dont take the lines off, just take the five 8mm bolts out that hold the lines to the intake.

The only problem I see is it blocks the a/c vents.

Boost leak!
I got a 4" fernco but it was to big, 3&1/2" would be perfect. Maybe the hose clamp will make the 4" fit but its dark outside now so I will mess with it more tomorrow.

Boost leak!
What size threads are on a male air hose fitting? 4" plumbers tube is to big, 3" is tight but it will work.

Line-X ALL OF IT!
I have seen the Al's liner in a few post's on CF, it sounds like a good product but I would like to see it in person.

Line-X ALL OF IT!
I went to the local line-x dealer yesterday and got a quote for my rockers, bumpers and over the rail. That stuff is tough and should last a lifetime.

MPG's Reports
My grandpa came down to visit from Tx last week and on his first tank ran 22.9 mpg in his 01 2wd 6 speed with edge ez and propane settup. He had a "ranch style" camper on the bed with a 4 wheeler inside. He is trying for all out mileage but he drives 70mph on an 18hr trip. Next are some rv275's.

Yes, there is an adjustable sleeve just off the pitman arm but it will only center your steering wheel, not the axle. You will need an adjustable track bar to center the axle.

oil pressure sensor
Ya, napa wanted $209 and auto zone $199 but auto zone said they priced matched but I doubt if they would come down $110.

oil pressure sensor
It should build more pressure with more throttle.

oil pressure sensor
My grandpa's truck has a faulty oil pressure sensor. Soon as you turn the kew on it shoots up to 75psi. Found the oil presure sensor but dont have the right size socket to remove it. Does anybody know the right size and best place to get a new sensor. I think Geno's will have the best price at $89. His dodge is a 2001 w/cummins of course.

Raptor FRRP and 1/2" line
This is what I use on mine before the fass and my grandpa uses the 1/2 barded filter before his raptor.

scan gauge
Gallons, you have to inpute the exact amount of fuel you put in. It took me a couple fill ups to get mine settup.
