Removing Crankcase Vent for Valve Adjustment?
I have the vent on mine. The po had siliconed it up good. Iirc I used a strap wrench to get it loose. You have to unscrew it about a quarter turn, assuming the plug is same as vent.

In my experience, you probably have loose front end parts, possibly the track bar.

In my limited experience, the starter can begin to fail so gradually that you may not realize how slow it cranks until it is replaced, and will then crank unbelievably fast!

You were talking about removing your turbo, I thought you were removing turbo powder coat. Probably somewhere in denver area that can dip it for you. That would be quickest and easiest. Less hazardous to your health
