Ok guys so far I have seen truck after truck (12v) get better mileage than a 24v so what else is there to consider when looking to buy a cummins powered truck??? Lets see what everyones opinion is on this subject since I could have used some of this info when I was looking. Thanks.

i have a complete catch can setup and i figured with as little of oil that it drains i should be ok draining it every oil change. around 3k or so.

does the truck start in neutral and park? if so then your neutral saftey switch is working fine.

you are right i also have a AC Delco cherry picker and its a pretty good tool. I think that is the correct battery but if you step up to the group 30 then you can get a few more cca.

Heater works great, cruise has never worked ever since i got it. --- Update to the previous post... I think your right the tcase shifts great and seems as if its working fine, i guess the quickest way to make sure its working or not is to jack the truck up and just try it in the air!!!:banghead: the good point it did pretty damn good in the snow the other day and night in just 2WD with the posi.

White sent me a message today saying diesel was 3.05 at the little filling station about 20 minutes south of us. thats a damn good savings considering diesel here in independence is 3.39!!!
