  1. If it helps and he gets stuck in Oly,wa only about 40 min from vulcan. If you want to save shipping time. Car rental to pick up new parts? And you can pet is goat for free☺ I would call first because he is busy man.
  2. My dump or county ran "recycling and transfer station" is $53.00 to get pass the gate, that is if you have material separated, plastic and metal and nothing with any electronics and 8 foot bed and "level or less than level" with the sides. And I get up again in property tax bill. So ya you can haul them to the dump for me.
  3. Is Quadzilla a "live data tool" or is the "live data tool" a section within the Quadzilla? ( I know beginners = real pain in rear) (edit part...adding onto post) I need a code reader and unsure what to get and at same I would like a little more power. I've been reading this thread https://mopar1973man.com/topic/11729-quadzilla-adrenaline-v2-testing/?tab=comments#comment-140263 and it seems it would work for me. But terminology and knowledge totally lacking on my part. Thanks
  4. I'd go moparman way. But if you want to go different sender here is wiring. But my sender screwed into air dog port.
  5. I had BD alarm non-adjustable to off at 5 psi. Spent $80 and got adjustable 7 through 12 psi. Not available through BD but at elec part house. I can provide part number if you are interested and nobody posts the part number. Screws right into my airdog npt threads. Also Would be easy to get sensor and led light and wire it up. I do know part is Westinghouse. If doing it again I would get fuel pressure gauge that has alarm built in. But already have auto meter
  6. Started unloading back of pick up from full timing all over US. (Been stuck at home 2 yrs) goood thing I had air bags for all the junk I used to carry. And I still don't know much about these 2nd gens. But when we broke down I would find article in a TDR that I thought might apply and read it waiting for tow truck. Now all online if you need them and with this site I don't think i'll be needing them any more. Free but you pay shipping... first come first serve. ?? I'm sure this (collectible) collection would enhance every mechanics dream.
  7. Any word from Auto computer spec people? Did they not stand behind their work or still blaming you?
  8. Beginner question... adding to my birthday wish list. Terminal tools for wiring. What would you recommend.
  9. They turned the tables on you. Imo coverage of tow vehicle should extend to what is being "legally" towed. Towing folks should provide you a copy of their insurance. Then call your insurance carrier and have them check out... 1. Insurance binder they provided is in effect . 2. Might buy some additional coverage if they don't have enough in your opinion. We had a 5th wheel that sat at permanent at a camp ground for over 20 years. Every time it had to be towed we got "trip" insurance through foremost. About $60.00 for 2 week period. And insured for "replacement" value. And Replacement value was for new one versus replacement value at time of loss. (When parked at campground had it insured as second home). Now days everything is CYA. And sounds like they want no responsibilty for what they should stand behind. At same time their warranty has customers over a barrel. But i have no idea what you can do at this point. Besides tow it there yourself.
  10. I would upgrade now. Low pressure hard on vp44 which are over thousand bucks just for the part. Need to extends it's life as long as possible. Real good advice on doing upgrade on this site.
  11. Only one close to me they shut down but new owners saved the barrel keg on top and now called keg bar. Also waiting sonic to open near me.
  12. Well happy birthday to moparmom!!! You only get one mom. Gotta take care of them.
  13. Great news... and not being towed in winter with salt on roads.
  14. It's a nice little respite. Not many A&W stands left. 95 is pretty good one end to another as of couple yrs ago.
  15. Sittin here thinking as I'm taking a break from mowing yard. Thinking about being stuck at house this summer. And how our rv travels have ended for now. Strange what goes through the mind. Does New meadows still have AW root beer stand?
  16. So those clip on shades... any help with some of the new headlights on cars that are way to bright imo.
  17. If something breaks... always nice to have it happen close to home
  18. You state "a trailer". Maybe not your trailer if so are both trailers wired the same? As in both plugs wired the same?
  19. Most bases do have a "lemon lot". Used to cruise by on way to gate going home. Never have I seen a good deal. I asked a friend in Germany To see what vp44 are going for over there. As lots more cars use them. Was going to buy a cheap one out of junk yard and turn in as core over here. No big bargains buy the time you convert dollar.
  20. Scam!!! To confirm if a scam or not ... pull up base phone book on line and see if they even have a section call that. Kessler is a fun base. Across runway the national guard base... is it still there? Kessler is just far enough away from McChord afb (WA) get seperate rations. Kessler always parked us on nat. gaurd side.
  21. You pretty comfortable on drying them out after you get it back? (We've had a couple leakers over the years) our last leaker a retired boeing guy last used to be in "passenger comfort" dept shared his method. If so let me know... Will take awhile to write up.
  22. Not out of ordinary for rv industry IMO. Keep us posted. To many horror stories about manufactures was one reason why wife was ok with going used this time around. But I've got to give the arctic fox folks a slap on back. Her 2 year old trailer was missing some interior shades and couple other things. I called them and said even though we bought used and no warranty... we are missing stuff. One week later a box showed up at front door with all kinds of goodies and free!!! Surprised us.
  23. Not sure if you installed shut off valves or not. I can isolate every section of hose I have. About $5.00 each...then remove fitting then screw in a "tank plug" fitting and put in 25 pounds of air to find any leaks. For viewing inside tank at bulk head fitting bore scope hooked up to cell phone.
