  1. Woah. Tm at 2 undrivable. Light throttle had to let off to make all shifts. Would not shift through the gears unless I let of. Setting to 3 now um maybe 4.. Loading tm 4 t3 d3 sw7 now Catcher7 Tm4 timing3 d3 Shifts well quick, lots of smoke Trying tm3 timing2 left duration at3. Loading torch and hoses in truck nowdark rainy Tm3 did reduce the light switch throttle alot. Didnt get on it much to tell what the butt dyno reads. Going to put a few hundred miles on tomorrow on catcher 7 at tm3 tw duration 3 and see what I think. Not sure what was up with tourge management 2. Wont ve trying that again.

  4. You got me scared. Lol I saw studs arp for 161 and theres up to 400. I'll have to do more research on studs. Maybe the arp I saw were for a different application. Trust me I want a quad. I might just get rid of both the s03 and superchips and do a turbo. Turbo I have no idea. 7x09 now but I could go 7x10 easily. Later on. What turbo would you recommend to have growing room over 7x09 I injectors

  9. Actually I think the tie rod ends are all the same taper. But older than 01 needs to ream pitman arm taper to match 01-13 taper. I could very well be wrong. I'm not 100% sure what taper is on 98-99 pitman hd steering I think you may be right. These will help, ruff stuff also has the correct reamer. But its spendy.   10. Rolling through Craig's list see a s03 for 250. It's an older add he says he still has it. I'm like ****. I ask if I can take the programmer for a spin. Get it loaded on 9 and he rides with me. Get out on street and stand on it , I'm like **** I wasnt expecting that. Hes like what turbo is that it whistles he thought it was something cooler then a stock hy35. Pretty much roll around the block. Pay him and we go on our merry way. 7x09 injectors + s03 = fun
  11. Nice. I priced the steering upgrade kit at dodge dealership they quoted me 850 bucks. I said thank you and walked out. That's a 500 dollar mark up over what we can order it for.
  12. Pressure seems to be below stock. I dont like seeing that . I think idle should be 50-60 then climb to 90-100 wot. 20psi to me doesnt sound good. What is psi converter locked with your foot on the floor? I'd make sure the TV cable doesnt have any slack in it. Then I'd make sure at wot tv arm doesnt have travel left. If you can move TV arm more by hand at wot I'd tighten cable till it pulls the arm as far as it can possibly travel. This will ensure your building pressure as pressure rises as you push the throttle down further. I think spec is wot shifts at 2700-2800 less pressure will shift sooner more later
  13. I cut rockers out and welded in a 2x8x3/16 tube on my jeep. I dont think ive i seen this done on a 2nd gen but maybe I've often thought about doing this on the truck. Mainly just for fun. If my truck was rusty I'd be all over it.
  14. I feel that way about Luke's links. Bandaid on shitty joints. I agree the scissor steering does work. Mines still on at 292k. But it wont be going back on when there are better options when it's time to replace and trust me time time. I dont mind the tunning and modding to upgrade when it's time to replace and repair. Guys dont for get about the 98,99 HD or snow plow steering. I've yet to tie each tire together with a solid bar so I don't know what adjustments will be required. Not sure if I'll do the 03-13 upgrade steering or 98 99 hd steering they're basically the same.
  15. What track bar is that. Any bump steer? That's a much much better steering then the scissor steering. Is that a mopar 03-13 steering kit or the moog. I've been debating getti g the moog steering ti save a few bucks
  16. Take your ball joints out of package on parts store counter. Make sure all stems are tight. If the stem flops around tell them you dont want that one. I did mine last winter. And had to cull one back while in the store. 5 years ago I changed driver side unit bearing then a month ago the passenger. Ran each side till it melted the sensor. Gota get my money's worth right. ;) All parts now days are junk, doesnt matter where they come from
  17. Sweet. I've been debating alot. On dedicated mig or multi machine like the miller 215 rebel215 or go dedicated and do a esab 235. Miller252. The vulcans have good reviews to hobbyists are stepping it up a notch latly I tend to play with sticks in the feild most of the time so I haven't gave a new mig machine much thought in awhile.
  18. I spent 50 bucks on silver star ultra bulbs and have been impressed. I also polished grunch of factor headlight lense. I'm sure they dont compare to 300 dollar lights but made a huge improvement on my truck.   21. I love it looks amazing. I'd of only done one thing different I'd of used 1" thick shackle points cut through the bumper and welded inside to frame mounts. So the cant be pulled off. I love the looks and amazing build quality you put into it to. I really dig the added weight too.
