Yea, my 02 6spd at 70 is 2500 with 285's. I'd say he has 3.55s... but I could be wrong.

New Battery Cable Terminals Going In
Yes indeed, might need some monster battery cables! 4/0 gauge... rated @ 600 amps @9 ft ? From one site I found. I'd say 12 ft would be more than enough but 9ft might make it back there.

3500 C&C frame

New Battery Cable Terminals Going In
Gonna be updating my battery terminals also, still looking for a good set... also thought about relocating the batteries to a box in my flatbed and just have a power block up front, trick is finding a power block big enough for all that juice! Good info on oiling the terminals.

Increasing Fass PSI
I have seen it before some where but cant find it anywhere... HA Short and sweet: Where can I get a shim or make one to increase my psi on my fass 200 titanium. Heard of guys shimming with washers, but id like to move from a consistent 14-15 psi to 20 psi for my bigger IP...

Best or better anyway cruising rpm

I have a c&c 3500 found out the hard way... bought it with a flatbed, sold that, bought a long bed and come to find out it's a c&c. About 6"-8" longer lol... years ago and past that so..... It's in my shop so I can take measurements or pics if needed, just give specifics.

Stanley's Truck Remodel- Dove in Head First!
I really wish I could find a "spray on" automotive fiberglass... lol This mystical product would be very handy. I guess I'll take my time and add some layers using the tried and true application

Brand new VP44
Bosch 027 VP44 Fuel Injection Pump Standard Output (235HP) *Wire Tap Voids 1 Year Warranty* https://www.dieselautopower.com/bosch-027-vp44-fuel-injection--standard-output-235hp-wire-tap-ok-1-year-warranty-vp44027tap-13550 975$$ Obviously it would vary depending on who you bought from and which exact pump you got but you get the idea.

Brand new VP44
I have had good luck with remans, CPP Diesel or DAP always has good deals. I wouldn't dream of spending that much on a vp44... 1k to 1.2k tops. Even at that point I'd still question a P7100 conversion..

Stanley's Truck Remodel- Dove in Head First!
That's a valid point, I did think of doing that but this will save some money and I can add some custom gauge pods. And its prolly going to be alot stronger than anything else when I'm done with it. Worst case if it breaks it breaks, not out that much money. Pics of some surgery time. Also cleaned up the fan blade... Dont worry its not brake clean or solvent... only a concoction of purple power lol....

Stanley's Truck Remodel- Dove in Head First!
You know how the morning after your like what the heck did I do well I kinda feel that way even though I was completely sober doing this venture. Next to come out is the HVAC and I will thoroughly clean it then clean all behind the dash area and get all the dust and dirt out. Most likely I will replace the AC condenser and the heater core even though they're not leaking they might shortly. I also been getting some pretty good ideas for a custom dash since I can see it all now lol.

Stanley's Truck Remodel- Dove in Head First!
Its 170$ for carpet from LMC. I found: boom-mat sheets and spray; lizard skin, and Al's HNR spray; for the bottom layer. Not sure on which one ill use but I"m excited I found it. Still torn on reusing my rubber flooring or buying the carpet. Obviously I would save money reusing mine but @Mopar1973Man is right, the rubber would hold moisture. So it might be a throw of the dice for money sake... lol On another note I started taking off my dash top this week, almost there. Ill post pics this weekend. Alot of the tabs broke off when removing the little screw that hold it on. My plan is to just put a thin fiberglass layer underneath and epoxy what tabs broke, then fiberglass the top while adding some custom gauge pods molded into the top then sand bondo/ paint or wrap in material... Maybe I'm optimistic that it wont shatter into one million pieces.... HAHA

Looking good @Blueox01 So is all that fiber "crap" under my rubber just sound deadening material or insulating? Was thinking of I put a roll on sealer then some sound deadening, prolly wouldn't need the extra layer...
